The time I snuck into the Logies
Back before I developed my frontal lobe, I snuck my way into the Logies. The Logies is not as prestige as the Emmys but it's lowkey the Aussie equivalent. I met the MAFS Aus cast (naurrrr). Thanks for listening!!!! Look at my photo dump on instagram for some photos !!!!Love, Yas xxxFIND ME ON:Insta: @LifeoffScriptpodTiktok: as aboveYoutubeApple PodcastsAmazon

I care more about how my life feels than how it looks to others
We're so conditioned to curate our lives for other people that we've forgotten how to actually live them. I care about how my life feels to me, rather than how it looks to others and this is something I've had to figure out over time (it definitely did not happen overnight). Chasing external validation is a trap. Choose what makes you happy!!Thanks for listening, much love, Yas <3Find me on insta and tiktok. You can also use linktree to find my other streaming platforms!

The ramblings of someone who was single for a long time
Single girlssss please come to the front !! (Also happy international women's day!)I touch on the grief one feels and the resilience one has when single in the modern era, I talk about the Vogue article which talks about whether having a boyfriend is embarrassing, I talk about whether friends in relationships understand your single woes (they rarely do), and that crazy study conducted on men for IWD (gen z, gen x, millenials and baby boomers). Did you see it? Gen Z are more conservative than Baby Boomers?? Hello? SOS!! Thanks for listening! Much love xxxYasInsta: @lifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @lifeoffscript.pod

A Christmas episode: spending Christmas away from home, favourite Christmas movies, the stress of December
In this episode, I talk about what it’s like spending Christmas away from home and how the holidays can feel different as we get older. I share the films I always end up watching in December, why they’re my favourites, and the comfort they bring. I also get into the stress that comes with this time of year, which is the absolute CHAOS of wrapping things up (including presents). If you’re spending Christmas somewhere new, feeling a bit overwhelmed, or just want something calm (?) to listen to, this one’s for you.Much love & thanks for listening!XXXXXXInsta: LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: Lifeoffscript.pod

How I manage my Endometriosis
I'm talking about endometriosis today! The pain, the surgery, the symptoms & what I've done to manage it (slightly) better. Even though my gynecologist gave me three options: (a) get pregnant, (b) stay on the pill, or (c) continue these surgeries until I get a hysterectomy. Luckilyyyy, I didn't need to do any of those options because I started to look at gut health. But sometimes it feels like that's your only way forward.

Turning 28: Older, Hotter, Wiser…?
Another year older, slightly wiser (and a lot more self-aware)... I would hope. In this episode, I’m breaking down 27 things I’ve learnt before turning 28. Think lessons on friendships, hangovers, fashion, re-inventing yourself, and cultivating the right playlist. All these things are entirely directed at me. It’s part reflection, part therapy. Grab a drink and listen to my stupid ramblings. Thanks for listening! Much love xxxxInsta: @LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @Lifeoffscript.pod

Melbourne's covid lockdowns featuring Emily
Emily joins me to yap about running and covid lockdowns while we eat pastries (thanks Em). We also talk about Em and Brydie's obsession with pranking me at the airport (when I'm already STRESSED OUT) and my inability to complete life tasks in a productive timeframe. Melbourne was the most locked down city in the world (truly suppressed most of our memories of it), so how do we feel about it, in retrospect? Emily had a good (?) experience, mine was lame and I just got drunk alot. Thanks for listening, much love!!!! xxxxxInsta: @lifeoffscriptpodtiktok: @lifeoffscript.pod

10 things I wish I knew at 21 (featuring Brydie)
[SKIP to 19:46 for BONUS CONTENT WHERE BRYDIE AND I EAT MOCHI MOONS AND YAP]21 was weird and wild and confusing. Loved it though. But these are wise wise WISE words from my older self!!In this episode, I’m sharing 10 things I really wish I knew back then AKA the stuff that would’ve saved me some tears, time, and questionable texts. Don't count if I hit 10, I went by vibes, so if it seems like 7, 8, 9, keep your thoughts to yourself. If you’re 21, about to be, or just want to laugh at how chaotic early adulthood can be, welcome to an ep that might make you feel a bit better with where you stand in life.Plus - it gets better. Week recaps, moving abroad, and D-list celebs (featuring Brydie and Emily)
The first-ever guest feature episode of Life Off Script and... well, it shows. I’m joined by my besties Brydie and Em for chat that covers why we moved overseas, recent travel chaos, and a deeply unnecessary segment regarding aussie celebs. I think Em mentioned she saw Niall Horan at Oxford street, but reckons it was just a short-king. <3 Real.If your feedback is that we can't stop talking over each, tell me something I don't know. Will work on it!!Thanks for listening! Much love xxxInstagram: @LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @Lifeoffscript.pod

Homesick (moving away from home, only to miss it)
Homesick (and also sick of home)? You ever miss home but also remember exactly why you left? Yeah, same. In this episode, I’m talking about the weird space between missing Australia and feeling like I couldn’t stay there either. And how to deal with homesickness - knowing you're missing important milestones. It’s all a bit of a mess, honestly. If you’ve ever felt stuck between two places or like no place fully fits anymore, know you're not alone!!Thanks for listening, much love xxxx Insta: @LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @lifeoffscript.pod

How to make friends in London (and with London)
No one tells you that making friends in London requires a six-month crash course in forced extroversion. You have to put yourself out there before you feel ready, be vulnerable with strangers, say yes to things that feel awkward — and do it over and over until something sticks. But it’s not just about finding your social circle. It’s about making sure you don’t fall out of love with London itself in the process. Because if you're here on a visa, you know your time is limited. Time to re-frame what you think and feel to make the most of it.Thankyou for listening!! Much love xxxFind me on:Instagram: @LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @Lifeoffscript.pod

I went on 6 dates in 6 weeks as exposure therapy (and how it changed my mindset on dating)
Now... the video quality? It's giving you've gone to the computer room and tried to do a video on the webcam... FRI went on 6 first dates in 6 weeks as exposure therapy — not for love, but for my own sanity. Spoiler: it kind of worked. In this episode, we’re talking about how to stop treating dating like a job interview, why you don’t need to know if they’re "the one" by dessert(!!!!!), and how to actually enjoy going on dates again (even the weird ones).Time to change perspective - and enjoy the free drink(s) that come with it.Thanks for listening, much love xxxxInsta: @LifeoffscriptpodTiktok: @Lifeoffscript.podListen on all streaming services!

Workplace confidence (and the old white guy mindset)
Ever feel like you don’t belong in the room? Like you’re constantly proving yourself, even when you’ve already earned your spot? In this episode, we’re tackling imposter syndrome—by stealing a page from the Old White Guy playbook. Think about it: the unwavering confidence, the unshakable assurance, the audacity to just belong without second-guessing. What if you could channel even a fraction of that energy? I break down how to adopt that mindset (without the entitlement), and walk into every space like you deserve to be there—because you do.Thanks for listening!!! Being single is not a waiting room
Singleness is not a placeholder. Too many people think it's a passive, limbo state before their real life begins (once they get a partner). Sounds lame tbh. This is an episode celebrating single life. This is very much from a personal perspective but I think a lot of others would relate to this. 10 things I love about being single!!!!!!!!Thanks again for listening! xxFIND ME ON:Insta: @LifeoffScriptpodTiktok: as aboveYoutubeApple PodcastsAmazon
