5 Things I Learned from Jumping Out of a Plane - Dori Martin
019In this episode, I share how I how found myself jumping out of a plane 13,000 feet above the earth's surface (it's never been on my bucket list to go skydiving!) and some fun things I learned from the experience. Yes, this probably has to do with a midlife crisis, which I am defining as a journey of continued self discovery, breaking apart the confining labels I've used to define myself, and opening up to adventures, & possibilities, while pushing past limiting beliefs and fears.
