The Hoff Foundation - Interview with Judy Hoff and Dawn Dietz
About the Hoff Foundation: Our mission is to break the dysfunctional cycle that leads to sex-traffcking, compromised mental health, addiction, homelessness, or trauma in women and children. We accomplish this through three programs: Esther's Place, a Day Resource Center offering underserved and unhoused women and their children a safe, warm place to get a hot shower, clean clothes, food, hygiene supplies, critical resources, and community Monday - Friday from 9a-4p. Esther's Place is located at 3705 Broadway, Everett. Through New Creation Communities Housing Program (NCCHP), where we have 2 WAQRR Level 2 state certified recovery homes. Here women are offered a safe place to heal and grow, offering them not just a bed, but wrap-around services that include recovery coaching, counseling, trauma resources, life skills classes, job readiness and more. Lastly, through transformational makeovers with Queen It's A New Day. We invite women who are transitioning back into the workplace a complete makeover from the inside out, offering haircuts & styles, makeup makeovers, manicures & pedicures, and 3 professional outfits with accessories. They hear inspirational success stories from former "Queens" that give them hope when they need it the most. About Judy: Judy Hoff is a licensed pastor, counselor, author, and speaker. In all of her work she gives glory to God. She has created programs to help men, women and children to become sufficient members of society. These programs have over 20 years of proven success. Her heart is to help all people recognize that God created them for such a time as this. Judy holds the position of founder and executive director of the Hoff Foundation, which includes: Esther’s Place, New Creation Communities Housing Program (NCCHP), Queen It’s A New Day, and New Creation Church. Judy resides in Marysville, WA with her husband Richard of 34 years and has 4 beautiful daughters, and a dog named Danny. About Dawn: Dawn holds a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, has over 30 year experience in office administration and facilities management, and has a heart to serve others well. Dawn worked in the public sector for several Fortune 50 companies until coming home to be a stay-at-home mom. After 17 years, she returned to the private sector as an office administrator. Dawn is the Administrator and Volunteer Coordinator for the Hoff Foundation. She oversees the running of the foundation behind the scenes.
