Galaxy News Radio
Galaxy News Radio is the remnant of the pre-War Galaxy News Network. An energetic man named Three Dog created the radio station in 2272 with the help of a technician named Margaret. By 2277, it is the most popular radio station in the Capital Wasteland. The station plays music from a selection of twenty pre-War songs. These songs all focus around 1940s American hits. This radio station plays more or less late 40s blues, pop, and some early 50s proto-rockabilly, compared to the Enclave Radio, which plays more traditional patriotic songs. Galaxy News Radio splits its time between wasteland news, survival advice, and big band music. Three Dog operates the station as part of the "Good Fight," which he explains is his attempt to inform inhabitants of the Capital Wasteland how "things really are" and expose the Enclave's true intentions. The reason the station has such a limited track list is that they are the only records they have been able to locate in playable condition.

K-Rose
K-Rose pokes fun at stereotypical rednecks, with idents that imply incest, bestiality, drunkness and gun culture. The station is also proud of its cowboy identity, boasting "if this is what cowboys listen to, no wonder they invented the electric guitar!" K-Rose's host, Mary-Beth Maybell, is a loud, obnoxious, opinionated Southern woman who expresses her views on marriage, sex and random topics such as plastic surgery. In-between songs, Maybell often provides various insights into her family life, often mentioning her nine children and the suspicious circumstances surrounding the deaths of her six husbands (she likes to think that Darwinism's "survival of the fittest" is also applied to marriage), and occasionally plays a harmonica "down south". The station broadcasts from an unspecified location in Bone County.

Diamond City Radio
Diamond City Radio is a radio station in the Commonwealth in 2287, broadcast from Diamond City. The station plays a wide range of music including pre-War and post-War tracks, with some of the post-War tracks written and performed by Magnolia from Goodneighbor, though those only become available on the radio after first visiting The Third Rail. It can be picked up on any normal radio and a Pip-Boy anywhere in the entire Commonwealth as well as on The Island via the Ruined radio tower. The station includes songs from Fallout 3's Galaxy News Radio. It is also the first radio station in the Fallout series to play mainstream 1950's rockabilly music, not just proto and western rockabilly songs which the previous games radio stations were known for. The station owner and DJ Travis Miles makes situation-appropriate remarks dependent on completing certain quests such as Call to Arms, The Battle of Bunker Hill, Diamond City Blues, etc. Travis also does advertisements for the various merchants around Diamond City. If Travis is killed, he is replaced by Sheng Kawolski as radio host who exclusively adverts his purified-water business.
