Little in the Middle

Back with another group episode. We talk a little about restaurant things and other interesting topics.

Nube (Josuel) music producer who made the intro to Little in the Middle. My longtime good friend from high school paid a visit to the city and we had a fire conversation. Tequila shots included. We talk about how it was growing up in Camden NJ, school, other friends, parties etc.

We discuss what our experience was growing up in Latino culture. From how we were raised, secret families, alcohol, and deportation.

We're back after a long hiatus. A lot has happened in between and were just catching up on life. Christian Mingles on as a co host and we plan on having a topic based episode from now on. We haven't been in the studio together since February of this year, so bare with us as we get the cobwebs off of us.

Thanksgiving is the perfect time to stuff your face! I talk about the time I saw Louis Ck when I was out to lunch, and how I got stood up for a job interview.

I just turned 33 and thought I'd have my life figured out by now. Went to two raves last week and I'm still exhausted. I was annoyed by a groupie at the Cucarafa show in Brooklyn.

I'm back after an excruciating long time. I live in a new neighboorHOOD that is a bit sketch, but I have an extra security at my door at all times. I talk about having a little battle with my mental health and how things do get better. I promise! Kid Cudi says it all the time.

I come back after a long break. I was dealing with some self doubt, didn't know where this podcast was going. I still want this podcast to be silly, dark humored, and talk about mental health.

I went back to my hometown to visit my siblings, and let's just say it felt like the zombie apocalypse. Not a fan of going back to NJ, but whatever. I go over some Missed Connections and a Dear Abby post where a daughter catches her 90 year old mother doing the dirty deed.

I confess to something that made me feel like a creep. Introducing a new segment called "What people say on ticktock". There's moments when we are given the chance to be a good person. I unfortunately failed that test, and felt like an asshole immediately after. I go over a few Reddit posts (legal advice & Am I the ass hole). How would you feel if your father had a lactation fetish ,and ate your wife's muffins that were supposed to be for your baby? I also hate to admit that I had a basic bitch hangover from white claws. Doesn't get more basic than that.

I go off on a rant about social media and how boring it has become. It feels like hot girls have become basic on my feed. How far are we taking social media? How soon are we going to prefer to have intercourse with robots instead of humans? Conspiracy theory alert! I also talk about mom things. Dear Abby: I'm gay and I want to have fun without my parents being home.

I'm late to the Mario party, Bowser is delusional, but I think Princess Peach is the only bad b$#@* in the mushroom kingdom. I also "almost" cried watching the movie lol. I think I may be on to something different.. a different genre on o.f. I could make a killing if I had enormous boobs. I talk about another weird dream that I had that has some meaning.

Cinco de Mayo is a fun time when you're not working or Mexican. This year I refuse to have anything but fun! What's cultural appropriation and why do people think it's ok to wear fake mustaches and sombreros on Cinco de Mayo?? I talk about hood shenanigans, we all have a slow family member, and how many times can you get laid before you become homeless.

I've been in the mood to act a fool lately, but I had a dream that made me feel like I didn't deserve to have fun. I tell a story about the last time I acted a fool a few years ago, and how I had a little problem with drinking.

Hot days are approaching very soon, and people love to blast their music for everyone to hear. I always run into a naked lady at my gym. I go over some current events. I briefly go over gun control. I think Dalai Lama and I have something in common. Dear Abby & I go down memory lane. p.s I miss my English bulldog Newman :(

I had a hulk experience that I'm ashamed to admit. I went to a bar where I got to throw some glass against the wall, and I enjoyed myself a little too much. Had a trippy experience with a friend and saw a comedy show for some giggles. *disclaimer* (these are just jokes, and I'm not making fun of other ppl who have experienced tragic things in this context) I also talk about one of my disturbing jokes that I'm still working on. *

I talk about my where I was raised, despite always hating where I was from. In hindsight, I needed that upbringing to become who I am now. I was also bad Girl Scout cookie salesman.
