    In this episode I interview Will who runs Out of Body Pop which is London's first neuro-inclusive music series.     In this very special episode of the podcast I interviewed Jay Carder who is a music artist from London that produces, DJs, runs a record label, is on Rinse FM & has a job outside the world of music.   Jay Carder is someone who has made waves in the world of dance music with her breaksy, bassy, techno influenced sounds.     What does it feel like to wake up in the morning? Are you happy, sad or contempt? In this episode I speak with Alice (also known by her stage name Sylvia) about mental health and finding happiness in what you do. Alice is a DJ and aspiring producer who gives an open and honest account about her journey through music and her feelings throughout this journey. It was amazing to interview such an inspiring person and for those who are looking to pursue music whilst balancing their job, this will be a great listen for you all.
