Welcome to the Living Leadership podcast. This year's series is called Growing our Capacity to Lead. Through this podcast, we will work to make leadership tangible. We will try to take what some might see as subjective, and make it objective. You'll hear conversations between master leaders, and emerging leaders, in ways that promote effective practices leading to desirable outcomes. Our goal is simple - After each podcast, we hope you have one idea, one practice, or one new leadership tool that you can implement immediately.
