Love of Virtue
by Adrian Locke
Love of Virtue exists to restore seriousness to men and moral clarity to a confused age. This is not a podcast for entertainment, like the Stoics before the school of character. We reject the idea that the purpose of life is comfort, pleasure, or distraction. Men were not made to be passive consumers of the world — they were made to shape it through discipline, courage, and moral excellence.Love of Virtue draws from the deepest traditions of Western civilization — Stoicism, Christianity, classical philosophy, and the ethic of honorable work — and brings those principles back into daily life, where they belong. Here, virtue is not abstract. It is trained.Men who follow this work will be called to a higher standard: in how they think, how they train, how they work, how they lead, and how they live. This is a place for men who refuse to be driftwood — who want to become strong, ordered, and capable of carrying responsibility

The Death of Character
Have you noticed that something is missing? Where are our heroes? Where are the men we used to admire—the ones with grit, determination, and an unwavering will to succeed? There seems to be a crisis in the West; more and more people are focused on their desires rather than the most important aspect of their being: character. In this episode, we will explore the decline of character in our culture and discuss why rationality and ethics have fallen out of favor, giving way to hedonism.
