dealing with burnout
We’re alive! Little update because disciplined queens get burnt out sometimes. Sam & I have been struggling finding time to sit down together & record but this is on behalf of both of us. As we wrap up our school year, we wanted to remind y’all the importance of balance and recognizing the need for a break.

motivation and discipline
Nobody feels motivated 24/7 but that should not be an excuse to put your goals on pause! Change your perspective on the way a journey should look and teach yourself to stay disciplined even when your motivation is at 0. Be kind to yourself, be patient, and remember that if change was easy, everyone would do it. SENDING YOU LOVE AND POSITIVITY!
