Daughter of Promise: What Scripture Really Says About Identity, Worth & Belonging
Being a daughter! What Scripture Really Says About Identity, Worth & Belonging” with my guest Valerie Kwami. In this powerful episode, we explore what it truly means to be a “daughter” through the lens of Scripture. We make reference to the woman of the issue of blood from Matthew 9:20-22. We unpack the deeper layers of this story not just as a moment of physical healing, but as a profound encounter of identity, faith, and restoration. Our conversation reflects on the woman’s quiet resilience, her bold decision to reach for healing despite years of suffering, and the significance of being called “daughter” in a moment that changed everything.Through personal stories and honest reflection, my guest and I connect this scripture to modern experiences, what it feels like to long for wholeness, to wrestle with invisibility, and to find the courage to keep believing. We discuss how faith can be both fragile and fierce, and how the title “daughter” carries a sense of belonging, dignity, and being fully seen. This episode is an invitation to anyone who has ever felt overlooked or worn down: there is still space for your story, your faith, and your healing. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the smallest act of reaching can lead to the most life-changing transformation.Don't forget to subscribe, like and share! ❤️

What does it truly mean to honour those placed in authority over us - our parents, leaders, and ultimately God?In this episode, my guest and I explore the importance of honour, obedience, respect, and spiritual growth. Being an Ambassador for Christ
In this powerful and reflective episode, we explore what it truly means to be an ambassador for Christ. Drawing from Scripture, we unpack the calling, responsibility, and privilege of representing Jesus in our everyday lives - through our words, actions, and character. Matthew 28:20, says “ teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.”. This scripture reminds us of The Great Commission2 Corinthians 5:20, We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us,” this conversation challenges believers to see themselves as active representatives of God’s kingdom. We also reflect on Matthew 5:14–16, where Jesus calls us the light of the world, and Colossians 3:17, reminding us to do everything in the name of the Lord. Whether at work, at home, or in difficult situations, being an ambassador for Christ means living with intentionality, humility, and love.Join me as we discuss practical ways to walk in this identity, overcome challenges, and faithfully reflect Christ in a world that desperately needs His truth and grace.Listen, and be encouraged to step boldly into your calling as His ambassador.Don’t forget to subscribe, like and share ❤️

Are you a God Girl, then WAIT!
In this episode, we explore the importance of patience, faith and spiritual maturity for young ladies to wait if they are “God girls.”The conversation centres on the idea that waiting, whether for love, opportunities, or divine direction is not a punishment or missing out but a spiritual process of growth and alignment with God’s timing. We discuss how modern culture often encourages instant gratification, while our faith calls for trust in God’s plan.Through personal stories, Biblical references, and practical reflections, we emphasise the beauty of waiting with purpose and how becoming the woman God designed you to be is more important than rushing into situations that aren’t meant for you yet.My listeners are reminded that waiting season is not wasted time, it’s preparation time. Inner Purity
In this episode, we explore what true inner purity means and how Scripture invites us into a life shaped from the inside out.Drawing from Hebrews 7:26, we reflect on Jesus as our perfect High Priest, “holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners” and how His life sets the ultimate standard and inspiration for our own pursuit of purity. His example shows us that purity is not about perfectionism, but about alignment: living in a way that mirrors His heart, integrity and holiness. We also journey through Isaiah 35:8, which describes the Highway of Holiness, a path reserved for those who desire to walk in God’s ways. This scripture paints a vivid picture of a life that is protected, guided and made safe by God when we commit to purity and holiness internally. It reminds us that inner purity is less about rules and more about direction, choosing daily to walk the path where God leads. Together, these passages help us understand purity as a spiritual pathway, a transformation of motives, thoughts, and desires. In this episode, we unpack practical ways to cultivate purity of heart, how grace empowers us to stay on the path and how Jesus not only calls us to holiness but walks with us every step of the way.Don't forget to subscribe, comment and share ❤️

Assumptions & Assumptions
Christians often make quick assumptions about others: judging motives, behaviour, or spiritual maturity without truly knowing their story. In this episode, we talk about how those assumptions can lead us into our own sin: pride, judgment, gossip, or a lack of compassion. Instead of assuming the worst, we explore how slowing down, seeking understanding and responding with Christ-like humility can transform our relationships and protect our hearts. 1 John 1:8-9 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We need to check our own heart and thoughts or allow the Holy Spirit to search and expose our heart, repenting rather than making assumptions about others. It’s a practical, heartfelt reminder to pause, listen, and see people the way Jesus does.
