The Mac's Musical Rehab Podcast has been created to discuss the beauty of music from all genres and decades implementing musical favorites from bands and artists we have all grown up with who have impacted our lives in some form or another good, bad or indifferent. I want to filter through the decades of listened songs, created playlists, the songs that pull on the heart strings and the one that you always skip; and lets listen to those. Using music for healing wounds and to help and create an emotional balance throughout the day from time of awakening, up until and through sleep.
