Magnetic Teaching and Learning

In this episode, we look briefly into the challenge of grades and students completing work as a "to-do" list and not a learning opportunity. We discuss a few simple solutions but the list of possibilities of turning the focus back on learning instead of task completion is endless. The bottom line is - it starts with you and it can start today.

My thoughts (and some Hey Squirrel tangents) on what students need. I'm not sure any of what they need is surprising but hopefully this is a refreshing reminder to recentre and refocus on the students and not grades or what we want.
