https://3speak.tv/watch?v=mayllerlys/difgcnxz ____ Hola querida comunidad, el día de hoy quiero mostrarles un poco de un reto de saltos de cuerda que inicié hoy, como ya saben, tengo mi rutina diaria, por lo general hago sólo saltos simples, los que cuento con ayuda de una aplicación movil llamada Jump Rope Counter. En esta oportunidad, motivada por los amigos de P13fit (los pueden ubicar en Instagram con ese mismo nombre o por su pagina web www.p13fit.com) acepté el reto de 10 días que en su red social ellos convocaron, pero, debo confesar, que ellos en sus videos y en su tutorial guía para realizar los pasos, lo hacen ver muy muy fácil y la verdad es que a mi, me costó un mundo. Quizá porque ya me acostumbré a realizar los saltos simples y el método con el que ellos entrenan es con saltos dobles o rebote, como prefieran llamarlo. Básicamente el metodo P13fit lo realizan bajo el esquema de saltos de cuerda al ritmo de la música, es un espectáculo verlos danzar con la cuerda y sí, CUALQUIER música la pueden recrear. ¡Son increibles! Espero poder aprender a detalle su método y en algun momento, poder certificarme. Pero para lo anteriormente expuesto creo que falta bastante, jajaja hoy me sentí super novata y super torpe tratando de realizar los pasos, lo que resumí en un video de 1 minuto 25 segundos, realmente fue una hora y media de saltos practicando e intentando, el conocido ensayo y error jajaja Para que conozcan un poco, el 1er dia del reto es; 30 saltos madre (pies juntos), 30 saltos camina, para ambos pies (un pie delante y un pie detrás) y 30 saltos jumping jack (pies juntos seguido de pies separados) Espero ir poco a poco mejorando con ésta tecnica que es nueva para mi, asi que ya les iré contando. They are amazing! I hope to be able to learn their method in detail and at some point, be able to get certified. But for the above I think there is a long way to go, hahaha today I felt super novice and super clumsy trying to perform the steps, which I summarized in a video of 1 minute 25 seconds, it was really an hour and a half of jumps practicing and trying, the well known trial and error hahaha. Just so you know a little bit, the 1st day of the challenge is; 30 mother jumps (feet together), 30 walking jumps, for both feet (one foot in front and one foot behind) and 30 jumping jack jumps (feet together followed by feet apart). Cómo todos los lapsos, cada grado y sección, realiza un acto o presentación que tenga relación con el proyecto con el que trabajaron durante el trimestre correspondiente, en nuestro caso, el nombre del proyecto fue "Venezuela, tierra de gracia", por consiguiente, la maestra Luisa Astudillo, actual docente de mi hija, decidió realizar un popurrí de musicas venezolanas representativas de nuestro gentilicio, en unión con un escrito realizado por ella, el cual, en su voz, agregó a dicho popurrí musical, la selección de canciones fue en su totalidad de cantautores y agrupaciones venezolanas. El audio que utilizo en esta publicación, es un pequeño fragmento de la grabación en vivo que realicé desde mi telefono personal durante el acto en cuestión. Debo decir que yo estaba muy emocionada, porque aunque no es la primera vez que mi hija participa en cierres de proyecto, si es la primera vez que permitió que la incluyeran en un baile, ella antes, se negaba rotundamente, y siendo yo, una mamá exbailarina, por su puesto me emociona muchisimo que ella haya accedido ésta vez. El día inició desde muy temprano, entre peinado, maquillaje y vestuario, por supuesto yo queria que estuviera super hermosa, ya estando lista, nos fuimos al colegio, donde realizaron un último ensayo dentro del aula de clases. Pasados unos minutos después de las 10 Am, llamaron a los 3er grado para realizar su actividad, Gianna estaba sumamente nerviosa, trate de calmarla y le dije que lo haría perfecto, que tuviera confianza en ella que se sabía muy bien su coreografía me pidió como buena venezolana que le "echara la bendición" y llegó el momento. La verdad yo estaba feliz al verla en el escenario, lo hizo muy muy bien para ser su primera vez y espero que en actividades próximas tambien acceda en participar, porque lo que si es cierto, es que yo no la obligaría jamas a bailar si ella así no lo quisiera, y es que por yo haber sido bailarina hace tiempo atrás, si quisiera que mis hijas también bailaran, pero como lo dije, jamas las obligaría. ¡POR AQUÍ, UNA MAMÁ ORGULLOSA!❤️ ENGLISH VERSION My daughter's participation in her project closing Greetings and blessings to all who make life in this beautiful community, today I wanted to do something different, dare to publish through 3speak, a short video of what was part of the presentation of my eldest daughter in her first project closing of the current school year. A few minutes after 10 am, they called the 3rd grade to perform their activity, Gianna was extremely nervous, I tried to calm her down and told her that she would do it perfectly, that she had confidence in her that she knew her choreography very well, she asked me as a good Venezuelan to "give her the blessing" and the moment arrived.
