I love defining the practice of meditation as coming home to yourself and as a place for all our inner parts and all the roles we play in our lives to tune themselves like the unique and wonderful orchestra that is each one of us. This guided meditation starts with settling in, a body scan, and then imagining a party for all our inner parts and all the roles we play.
