Mindfulness practise is an effective tool that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. These meditations and breathing techniques will help you to become present, being able to detach yourself from your thoughts and emotions. All in order to be less reactive to your environment and to cultivate gratitude and peace and law of attraction. These meditations are for beginners as well as experience meditators. Don't get discouraged if you struggle at first to quieten your mind. It's a skill you can develop by regular practise.

Mindfulness practise is an effective tool that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. In this mindfulness practise I am using my breath and body as anchors to bring my mind into a present moment. Something simple as controlled breathing have tremendous benefit for our mind and nervous system. It takes practise to see benefits of meditation so stay on it and practise as often as you can. Guided Meditation 3 - 'Be'
Mindfulness practise is an effective tool that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. In this mindfulness practise I am using my breath and body as anchors to bring my mind into a present moment. I also focus on ''simply being'' as being enough. We tend to assign labels to ourselves and live according to them. We make self-worth and self-respect dependant on them. You deserve all love, respect and worth just because you ARE. It takes practise to see benefits of meditation so stay on it and practise as often as you can. Every second counts. Let me know how did it go.
