|Brewing Resilience and Sipping Strength, One Cup at a Time Hosts: Tamra Douglas-Atkinson Takiece Nelson Zavaughna James February 2024 Newsletter Review In this episode were did a brief overview of the newsletter. Here are the main take aways: Many times it is difficult for us to pinpoint the exact reason why we are stressed, which makes it difficult to manage or cope. If we know what our normal bodily reactions are to different circumstances, it becomes easier to identify when our 'abnormal' isn't 'normal'.
