Men Seeking Freedom

Men Seeking Freedom is a development and accountability community focused on emotional honesty, identity rebuilding, and disciplined action. Men are tired of carrying things alone. Expressions of pain have been labeled as weakness. Internal conflict sets in when we believe we are valued more for what we do, than who we are. It's vital to open up before we mentally and physically crash. The Men Seeking Freedom podcast will feature experts who understand this trauma and speak to how we can better fulfill our role as men.
