S1Ep1: The Art of Letting Go
Welcome to the MendHER Podcast, where we are focusing on healing the little girl to restore the woman. We do this by centering Christ and nurturing our body, mind, and soul.In our first episode, The Art of Letting Go, we dive into the emotional weight of holding on, whether it’s holding on to people, relationships, habits, or past versions of ourselves. Through honest conversation and personal stories, we explore how our inner child often drives our inability to release what no longer serves us, especially when rooted in fear of abandonment, loss, or change .We talk about why letting go feels so difficult, from emotional attachment and comfort in familiarity to the fear of the unknown. We also reflect on real-life moments when we had to choose growth over comfort, and how those decisions shaped the women we are becoming.Throughout the episode, we break down the signs that it may be time to let go, challenge the idea that staying is always a form of loyalty, and reframe letting go as an act of self-love rather than loss. This episode is ultimately about releasing what drains you so you can step into alignment, peace, and the version of yourself that God has called you to be. Join us on this healing journey to heal our inner child to restore the woman.
