    No Thought, No Problem.

    Thinking is a very interesting occurance when you really THINK about it.. What is a thought? Where do they come from?. IDK.. I dont believe anyone does. BUT, we do know what problems are right? We have them all the time, every day some would argue.. do we NEED to have problems though? And what creates those? This is maybe a better line of thinking that may lead us towards a more beneficial outcome. From my perspective it is thinking and thought that creates the very "problems" that we encounter every single day. Without thinking, there can be no judgement of ourself or others and no problems therefor. This can be a great tool/technique to understand and utilize when the mind gets going too fast or overwhelming.. it could also be an entire way of life for some.. as I always say, TRY IT ON. This life is not a one size fits all lolPeace and LOVEBrendan

    Control: Letting Go is also control

    We all strive to control elements of our lives. This is a very natural and healthy thing, until it isnt. We mainly control from my perspective by grasping, clinging or trying to change or do something. BUT did you know you are also in control when you do nothing or when you let go, you are choosing that which makes you in control.Seek with curiosity if you control things in your internal and external worlds and if so, what are they? Why do you do it? What are the methods you use? Try it on and see how it goes for you and your life.ALL RIGHT, thats it. Keep being awesome, life is too short and too bizarre not to. PEACE,Brendan

    Acceptance and Allowing

    Through acceptance and allowing we can unlock the shackles of past stories and beliefs about ourselves, others and the word. Allowing us to write a new story for ourselves that can quite literally alter our entire human experience instantly. As always try these concepts on for yourself.
