    do you need a rest day or are you just lazy?

    honestly, we're all over the place today lol. The main topic in this episode is trying to decipher whether we need to rest or we just feel lazy/unmotivated. I'm definitely the type who struggles with rest days and most of the time I try to convince myself that I'm an anomaly and don't need them (news flash everyone does and I know that I'm just stubborn).     Self-Development or Avoidance?

There is so much pressure on us to constantly be improving and I think I've hit my breaking point lol.     start now or regret it later

    find what works for you and stop fighting it

    this week i wanted to dive into the topic of finding what works for you in my opinion, it can get confusing with all the different “experts” online telling us what is ‘optimal’ and what we should be doing to get results. little secret here for you… most of the time those “experts” don’t really care about you and all they care about is the sweet money they’re making lol i wanted to come on here today and give you my experience with finding what works for me and give you some tangible tips you can start doing right now to find what truly works for you :) let’s ditch the fear mongering and self sabotage and step into our era of working with ourselves instead of against ourselves Instagram - @rywenfitTikTok- @rywenfit

    routines | the good, the bad, and the ugly

    in this weeks episode I talk all about my struggle with routines and how easily I can get obsessed over them :proutines are something i’ve struggled with ever since the start of my eating disorder.     so you’re going through an existential crisis? same lol.

    Going through an existential crisis can feel isolating and confusing but, like Pitbull’s wise words “believe me, been there, done that” Today I dive into my brain and bring you a chaotic, but hopefully, understandable glimpse into my current feelings during my existential crisis.
