Fulfilled or Just Settling?
Why is it so hard to admit when we’re not fulfilled?Whether it’s a relationship, a job, or even the everyday services we keep going back to — we stay longer than we should, avoid the truth, and convince ourselves it’s “good enough.” But why?In this episode, we get real about the discomfort of saying “this isn’t fulfilling me anymore” — and what it actually costs us to keep pretending it does.Najah opens up about her turning point after a life-threatening experience that forced her to reevaluate everything. Her stance is clear: she’s no longer staying anywhere she doesn’t feel fulfilled — and she’s choosing joy, peace, and honesty every single time, without guilt.Mia shares a different perspective — one rooted in motherhood, responsibility, and the fear of disrupting stability. From staying in an unfulfilling job to navigating fulfillment within relationships, she reflects on what it means to choose sacrifice… and what it takes to finally choose yourself. This conversation explores the tension between survival and fulfillment, honesty and fear, and the reality that sometimes growth looks like walking away — even when it’s hard.Because at the end of the day…Are you actually fulfilled?Or just staying because it’s easier than leaving?

Life After the D: Failure or the Fix?
Is divorce the failure… or the fix? Everybody talks about divorce like it’s the end of something — but what if it’s actually the beginning of something better? In this episode, I get real about my experience. For me, divorce wasn’t the breakdown… it was the breakthrough. But it wasn’t pretty at first. We went from being married, to separated, to trying to figure out what co-parenting actually looks like when both people don’t agree on what “right” is. It was rocky. It was emotional. And it took time. But eventually, we found a way to move forward that actually worked — not just for us, but for our kids. This is a real conversation about: • Letting go of what “marriage is supposed to look like” • What happens when only one person is ready to move on • Co-parenting through disagreement • And how peace can look different than what people expect Because sometimes… the thing that looks like failure to everyone else is actually the thing that fixes everything. Still mom. Still me.
