mom's shit is about to hit the fan

I'm a mom with ADHD, raised by a narcissistic mother, my husband is depressed, we're broke, I'm trying to not lose my shit on a minute-to-minute basis, I run long distances to find some health, but eat poorly because meal planning takes a back seat to all the other crap. It's seems like a never ending cycle of crap and I'm trying to dig myself out.
