Mather Daughter Land and Yash @SpiritualRenaissance on non-duality and spiritual practices

Weather we are aware or not, each of us is on a spiritual path, life, work, relationships, daily grinds, ..., all is shaping us and we are being guided. This becomes a vessel for us to meet.Yash really has a lot can share with us, you can check out his YouTube Channels @SpiritualRenaissanceWe are in a time with great opportunities to taste the boundless nature of existence. Whether through dedicated spiritual seeking – Qigong, Yoga,……energetic practices that cultivates the body’s energetic connection with the Cosmos, recreational substances, psychedelics, or  spontaneous moments of energetic flux, glimpses or extended periods of non-duality are surprisingly common. During these experiences, the left-brain’s constructed sense of self dissolves, often triggering feelings of liberation or, conversely, existential unease. For some, the familiar edifice of possessions, ownership, and free will feels dismantled, leaving behind a void.Daoist practice like Tao Yin – 導引 Literally means inch by inch guides cosmos qi to the body, is the 6000+ years original form of Qigong, here inch by inch really means with peace and stillness. Ultimate stillness is when the left-brain chatter becomes quieter and quieter. Nirvana or non-dual, you never know when, is an onset energetic experience. For an aging person with the body energy not uniformly energized, not all 7 chakars are open, lots of dampness or blood clot, when the body is hijacked by the cosmos like a non-dual experience, the “no self” person can only totally surrender and wait for the waves of energetic event to happen moment by moment, many cites panic, pain, …, anything can happen. There is no “individual exist” to control how the body reacts. In this regard, while we are still able to live like a human, it’s obvious to equip the body, not exhaust our energy and through practices like Qigong or yoga opening up our energetic channels and centers for sure will prepare us for such event. This is not coming from fear, rather from prudent life wisdom. On the other hand the death of “self” also is very liberating,Responding to this need for support, online communities have sprung up, providing safe spaces for these awakened yet potentially vulnerable individuals to connect and share their experiences. Visit www.eastover.com for daily, weekly, monthly meditation, qigong, taichi programs. You can learn more about Hanna here:Book Astrology Soul Purpose reading with Hanna here: https://calendly.com/hannalchemyJoin a in person meeting at Eastover Estate in Lenox, MA.http://tinyurl.com/4at298dd#mindfulness #awakening #nonduality #consciousness #yogaSponsored by Eastover Estate and Eco-Village

    What Is Our Energetic Experience?

Hanna and Ying unpack what the energetic experience is behind everything, in relationships, and in life itself. What makes a sensitive person sensitive?Within the vast cosmic tapestry, individual threads weave unique expressions, yet all remain connected by a shared energetic essence. This manifests in a spectrum of sensitivities, from deeply attuned awareness to subtle undercurrents. Diverse practices like Qigong, meditation, yoga, prayer, and even singing serve as portals for exploring this shared energy.Sponsored by Eastover Estate and Eco-Village

    Spirituality to Reality

Hanna and Ying dive deep into how to bring spirituality into every day reality.Every human journey, whether we are aware of it or not, carries a spiritual dimension. In our energetic essence, we resemble a vast ocean wave. Much of the time, we assume a degree of individual control over our course, whether crashing against the sand or the rocks. Yet, a deeper understanding reveals our inherent connection to the vast ocean, a recognition that "self" is ultimately an illusion. As humans, however, we learn throughout life that this constructed "self" retains the capacity for growth. Through this growth, the experience of "crashing against the rocks" can become more gentle, even joyful.Sponsored by Eastover Estate and Eco-Village
