In this episode, we were joined by singer songwriter and TV personality, Zeinab. We talked about imposter syndrome and the different ways that we can deal with it. We also talked about how Zeinab maintains balance in her busy life, and the impact that going to therapy has had on this. In this episode, we chat to spoken word poet, Emmet O'Brien. This chat goes from talking about the Irish usage of the word 'yup', to an depth reflection on what got Emmet into poetry, his struggles with addiction, and his opinion of the spoken word scene in post pandemic Ireland. 

On Episode 2 of the Muse Talk Podcast, we chat with UFC star and Shane’s brother, Dean ‘The Sniper’ Barry. This is a very honest and open chat with the multiple time world kickboxing champion. We talk about Dean’s story of adversity, how he bought his mam a dishwasher from one of his wins, and how he’s used his ADHD as a strength on his fight journey. *Disclaimer* We’re still getting the suss of this whole podcast buzz, so the sound still isn’t the best it can be but we feel this chat is too important not to share.
