The Art of Generosity in Business
This episode is a reflection on my core business values — the part I rarely share, yet one that quietly shapes how I run my business. I speak about empowerment, holistic well-being, spaciousness, compassion, and innovation as energetic frequencies, and why values tend to flourish when you take a showing rather than telling approach. At some point, generosity — part of my business strategy — became the main character of the show. Thoughts that were already brewing and organizing in my Ajna for a while rolled somewhat effortlessly down my Throat. I do not always know what comes out of my mouth but when it feels clear and easeful I trust that someone needs to hear it. Get cosy and tune into an honest, insight-rich episode that aims to offer a fresh perspective on generosity, boundaries, nourishment and the ways that inform how we run our businesses in this day and age. * Values as foundational brand pillars * The heartbeat of my brand* Performative vs. True Generosity* Generosity as a fluid concept* The triangle of nourishment, boundaries, and generosityThanks for reading SEEDS OF EMPOWERMENT! The Unexpected Gift of Being the Black Sheep in Your Family
I recorded this episode at 5am, curled up in bed, held by the peaceful vibe that only early mornings bring when the inner and outer worlds aren’t fully awake yet. A recent mental-health crisis of a family member pulled me into a deeper reflection on how our stories repeat, evolve, and eventually ask us to grow in ways we didn’t expect. There’s something humbling about watching an old pattern return and noticing that you’ve outgrown it with compassion.Inside, I speak about:* the disruptor soul curriculum* lessons from burnout and boreout* mastering the self in compassion* finding safety within myself* midlife = midwifing our true selves* making peace with the unexpected* the joys of embracing individualityWhat gifts are you discovering in your role as the “black sheep” of your family? Tell me in the comments, if you want. And if someone comes to mind, feel free to share this with them so the seeds of empowerment can travel a little further.Share this with someone who’s reclaiming their truth too. A Love Note to The Underdogs & Quantum Thinkers
You are not crazy or too much. You may have been sharing your wisdom in the wrong rooms or at the wrong time. Keep going. You’re a beautiful, diverse humanitarian carrying seeds to empower the broadest range of people possible. We need you in your glory, beauty, power. In this episode, I’ll share personal stories and reflections on navigating societal norms, embracing individuality, and the responsibility that comes with sharing insights carrying a profoundly transformative frequency. I’ll offer an intimate glimpse into the mind of an innovative thinker and a love note to anyone who carries the Channel of Structuring in their Human Design—or loves someone who does. This transmission brings compassion and clarity to those who often feel like underdogs, weirdos, or freaks when their unique ideas have nowhere to land.I offer an inclusive take on foundational Human Design principles before weaving real-life examples with lesser-known nuances of the 43–23. What follows is a deep dive into the alchemy of thought, the tension between melancholy, creativity, and breakthrough, and the magic of being a change agent in a world that holds an ambiguous relationship with innovation. Some of the themes I explore are…Unique Perspective: The 43-23 Channel, also known as the Channel of Structuring, transforms complex insights into simple, yet nuanced and deep ideas. It connects the Ajna center (cognitive awareness) to the Throat center (expression and communication).Empowerment and Innovation: This channel is associated with breakthroughs, creativity, melancholy, empowerment, efficiency and inner knowing that comes out of nowhere. If you have it, you’re here to bring radically fresh perspectives and a way of thinking, that often feels way ahead of the curve and deeply transformative.Deafness as a Strength: Those with this channel are often sensitive to the acoustic frequencies in their environment and experience "deafness" to external noise, which is essential for receiving pure insights. This selective listening allows them to focus on their inner voice and the mutative insights they’re here to offer.Timing and Invitation: Being recognized and invited to share your ideas, insights and awareness requires feeling unrushed, mastering restraint, and trusting both yourself and the timing. Sharing too soon can lead to misunderstandings, while waiting for the right moment allows your message to land with true impact.Role of Individuality: This channel calls for embracing individuality and thriving at the cutting edge. Personal empowerment here becomes the backbone of collective growth, helping others to see and do things differently.Purpose and Trust: Purpose is an unfolding journey rather than a fixed destination. Trusting your inner knowing and choosing truth over comfort can lead to deeper fulfillment and alignment with your unique role in this lifetime. If a fellow underdog or beautifully unconventional thinker popped into your mind while reading, share those mutative insights with them. Slowing Down to the Speed of Life
How’s your relationship with boundaries? If you were sitting in front of me right now, that’s what I’d ask you.Because for a long time, boundaries felt like rejection in my body. They felt harsh, rude, unsafe. I didn’t know how to set them, and I hated receiving them. My nervous system read them as threat. But over time - and through thoroughly messing it up - I discovered something: boundaries are not about shutting people out. They are about restoring balance. Putting my needs first often creates more love and understanding, not less. This episode shares glimpses of my journey with boundariesThe messy beginnings, the experiments, and the insights that now feel second nature.* I’ll share how boundaries became essential for my self-care and emotional health, and how setting them turned from something terrifying into something empowering and deeply liberating.* I’ll speak about the discomfort I once felt when receiving a boundary - how it landed in my body as rejection - and how curiosity and openness slowly changed my relationship with that sensation.* You’ll hear how awareness helped me manage my own emotional responses, and why it’s never my job (or yours) to manage the emotions of the person on the other side of the boundary. Grace and compassion? Always. Taking responsibility for how they receive it? Absolutely not.* We’ll explore how imbalance in relationships often signals the need for a boundary, and how practicing with trusted people can build confidence and ease. Most of all, I want to remind you: your relationship with boundaries is alive, constantly evolving. I’m living proof that they can be a source of deep connection, not disconnection - when they are rooted in clarity, sovereignty, and care.I hope this episode gives you both permission and curiosity - to play with boundaries as living signals from your body, and to trust that your “no” is just as sacred as your “yes.” If someone in your world is learning to honor their boundaries, feel free to share this with them — it might land exactly where it’s needed.Chapters00:00 Exploring Boundaries: A Personal Journey08:28 The Art of Setting Boundaries15:35 Navigating Emotional Responses to Boundaries22:37 Empowerment Through Boundaries This is a public episode.
