Hi there,Welcome to the nanny employer wellness diary podcast.My name is Relebogile and I am your host.Im excited to start this podcast. This is a platform I created to talk through some of the challenges we face as nanny employers. I have employed nannies for the past 11 years in different stages of my life and in 2019 I went through 3 nannies in 9 months and January 2020 I reflected and realized that I am part of the problem and I need to be accountable and so I decided to start Probity domestic solutions. When I started I wanted to learn how to cultivate a healthy working relationship with our nanny and while I'm learning I wanted to teach other families who wants the same and that has been my mission. My hope for this podcast is that it will serve as a safe space for us to share our stories and share ideas on how we can cultivate a healthy working relationship with our nannies.
