Nick Arsenault Podcast - Episode 3 - Why I’m making a Podcast Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and given me such a positive response, and extra special thanks to those who shared my podcast and helped me get it out there. To those who haven’t checked it out yet, this is a good place to start. Think of the first two episodes as the pilots, and now I’m more comfortable and ready to talk more about myself and about more compelling content. In this episode I talk about the history of this podcast and why I want to make it. I also share a lot about myself, my working history, and my points of view. I talk about my thought experiment of imagining a third political party in the center called the Plum Party. I teach a simple relaxation technique that I use that I made up called ‘The Three Breaths: Release, Relax, Focus.’ Finally, I share a few thoughts on spirituality, the Tarot, and Kabbalah.
