Like I’ve been mentioning in shorts, we’re doing a dive into mental health, with a special focus on BPD. We’re not doctors and we don’t claim to be, do your own research as we’ve done ours. Mental disorders—also called mental illnesses or psychiatric conditions—are patterns of thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that seriously interfere with how a person lives their life. These aren’t just “bad moods” or “quirks”—we’re talking about conditions that can affect work, relationships, sleep, motivation, and reality itself. Mental Health & BPD Awareness Month. Take BPD for instance, there are SO many different symptom combinations, 256 possible combinations. This episode will be mainly focused on BPD, as we feel it is extremely misunderstood and misrepresented.

Today we’ll be discussing…babies. Or rather, what we unintentionally(we hope) do to them. Have you ever noticed your little one mimicking your mannerisms? They absorb so much more than most people realize. If you talk negatively about yourself and others, they’ll pick up those tendencies, as well. 

In episode two, we’ll be traversing the rabbithole of the Pagan practices that have been twisted. The history, the disrespect, the misappropriation, and the stolen roots of what they call Christmas.
