Cohosts Brittany and Kelsey are sisters, mothers, and your average dose of crazy. Through growing up, various relationships, education, working, and your everyday interactions we are here to normalize the crazy. We will be discussing your everyday mental health concerns from simple anxiety to clinical diagnoses. We are not here to diagnose nor place a stigma on mental health but normalize the crazy that we all struggle and interact with. Normalizing the stress of parenthood to unhealthy relationships we want to lessen the stigma while increasing the knowledge.

We talk with Kelsey specifically who has had a personal experience with a clinically diagnosed narcissist, her ex husband.
