My ADHD grabbed me on this one so you'll notice me weave in and out of numerous topics that all somewhat relate to each other...I'm not an expert or anything,just felt that it might be a topic worth exploring as I believe each and everyone of us has our fair share of trauma.hopefully something stands out for you!
