    Episode Two: Betsy Polk Joseph

    In the second episode of On One Foot, Betsy Polk Joseph shares how she became the senior director of Jewish life at Elon University, and how Jewish life on campus has grown since then. She also talks about the challenges Jewish students have faced since October 7th and why building real relationships across the university community matters now more than ever. As an added bonus, we're including a Student Spotlight. In this episode, Adam speaks with Einav Tsach, a fourth-year student at the University of Maryland (UMD) and co-chair of the Hillel International Student Cabinet. Einav shares what Jewish life looks like right now at UMD and where he thinks the future is heading.
