Over the Edge sits down with Eri Rustad, the manager and best friend of Stüe the sturgeon, UNBC’s unofficial mascot and certified micro-influencer. Eri tells the origin story that started with a canoe program in Vanderhoof and a visit to the local sturgeon hatchery, then walks us through Stüe’s extended family.
