Social media users are targeting Delhi police. The Lallantop found that the photo is around 10-year-old and belongs to Lucknow Police. During a clash between Samajwadi Party workers and Lucknow police, then Lucknow DIG DK Thakur pushed SP student wing worker Anand Bhadauria to the ground and tried to muzzle his face under his shoes.
