Hi, my name is Paula, and I'm 19 years old. This is my first podcast! I've always wanted to start my own social media account, and I thought this would be a great way to start it. I'll be giving advice and discussing things that have happened to me and how I overcame them. I'm hoping this will help people, maybe somebody like you! My main aim is to show listeners that they are not alone and that there are multiple ways to overcome something or understand it. I'm also going to be inviting other people to talk on here.
