Retired dancer Yazmin Swallows, uh I mean Dani Baggins is back in my basement to discuss retirement, addiction and toxic relationships. who, why, where and how it led her to the decision to quit dancing for good.... we think for now anyway. She discusses how to ask for help, when and how addiction can become dangerous in the workplace and how easy this job can house and hide addiction so easily.

Bree vybes and I talk about the importance of taking a break from your passions because they can eat you alive before you even notice. Just because you're doing something you love doesn't mean that you will continue to love it when it causes burnout. It is important to not let your job rule your life and not let your life rule your job. We discussed how keeping mental health at bay is far more important than a big fat wallet. Trying to be the best at everything and every skill will just end up causing you to hate what you're doing. So take a break take a minute and get some rest.

What would you do if you suddenly couldn't do what you loved.
