Burning the Beast.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/98005592 I encountered a terrifying chimera and attempted to defeat it using a mix of handgun fire and explosive gas cylinders. Despite taking damage from my own blast, I tried to burn the monster and followed up with arrows once my ammo ran out. I finally engaged in a desperate melee battle to finish the fight, but I was finished instead. This chimera named Defect gave me a feel of fighting in a Resident Evil game because of its gruesome appearance. Its skin looked like a patchwork of different creatures, and the way it snarled made my blood run cold. After jumping on the stone statue where the monster couldn't reach me, I started shooting it with my handgun for a moment to test its defenses. I could see the bullets sparking off its thick hide, but the creature didn't seem bothered by the small-caliber rounds. I kept firing, hoping to find a weak spot or at least distract it while I planned a more effective way to deal some real damage. When I understood I was not doing much from the safety of the statue, I jumped off that height to try and blast a gas cylinder. I moved quickly, keeping the central pillar between me and the chimera to avoid its attacks. I climbed on that ledge of the wall and I shot a cylinder from there, which blew up, and it didn't just damage the monster, it damaged me as well because I was standing far too close to the explosion. The force of the blast sent a shockwave through the air, and I even fell off the ledge, hitting the hard floor with a heavy thud. I climbed up the edge of that wall again despite the pain in my limbs to regain my tactical advantage. From there I shot down another gas cylinder which made a big blast and it looked like the monster was finally in trouble. The monster got heavy damage for getting burned for a moment, and it stumbled blindly through the smoke-filled arena. I watched from above, hoping that the secondary explosions would be enough to finish the job. I was hoping the monster would die with the flame on his body, but it recovered after a moment and let out a roar. I started shooting it with the leftover arrows I had as I already spent all the bullets of the handgun during the initial phase of the fight. So, after shooting the beast with some arrows, it seemed like it was stunned for a moment. I jumped down and I started attacking it with my melee weapons, swinging with everything I had left. But suddenly, the beast turned around and it attacked me heavily, catching me with a powerful swipe that sent me flying across the room. I landed hard. Then the monster got to kill me without giving me chance to recover. I'll show what happens next later. Echoes of Fear.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/679ed91f After finding a handgun among corpses in the building, I navigated through scary noises and infected. I used a gas cylinder to burn a group of infected from a safe height before clearing the remaining lurker. The exploration ended with a terrifying encounter as a massive Chimera finally revealed itself. After getting inside that building through the broken side entrance, I found some dead bodies scattered across the floor. It looked like something incredibly bad had happened there recently, as the blood was still fresh on the concrete. Then I found a handgun lying beside a dead body, which I picked up with a trembling hand. I started walking ahead, being scared as I was hearing scary noises that seemed to echo through the ventilation shafts. Having the weapon made me feel at least a little more capable of defending myself in the dark. I went ahead and found this infected that was feasting on a dead body. I didn't want to alert he immediately, so I first distracted it with the EV light and then I shot him down quickly, making sure he wouldn't get a chance to scream or attack. Then I reached this center of the building that was filled with multiple infected wandering around. There were too many to take on in a direct fight, so as soon as I saw them, I climbed up on the edge of the wall to stay out of their reach. From there, I noticed a gas cylinder that was positioned right below me in the center of the group. I aimed carefully and shot the cylinder, and since most of those infected were crowded around the tank, they got burned up in a massive explosion of fire. My struggle there ended real fast as the flames consumed the hoard. Then I jumped down back to the ground level and found this last infected lurking around. I moved quietly and took him down in stealth, hoping it was near the ending of this nightmare section. But right after I took down that infected, this massive monster came out jumping through the side of the building with incredible force. The sight of it gave me a massive goosebump, as it was unlike anything I had seen before. At last, I found the source of the scary noise that had been haunting me since I first entered the structure. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

The Path to the Town Hall.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/a3c9ed36 I navigated the dangerous rooftops toward the town hall to avoid the infested streets. After using my UV light to fend off an ambush and scavenging a dark apartment, I spotted an opening to the town hall through my binoculars. Despite low stamina, I made a successful sprint into the town hall. I continued my run towards the town hall, but on my way, a hungry infected tried to ambush me from behind a stack of crates. I had to take care of it first to ensure my path remained clear. After ignoring a lot more infected on my way, this one came right in front of me suddenly. I tried my UV light to confuse it, watching as the creature recoiled from the burning violet rays. The light gave me just enough time to side-step and keep moving toward my primary objective. As this town was crawled with infected, the narrow streets were not safe for me at all. I decided to climb on something to get a better view, and I found I could actually climb on a roof that looked much safer. I started feeling much more secured once I was away from the reaching hands below. I decided to stay on the high ground so the infected wouldn't get a chance to attack me in a group. For that, I was walking on the thin wires to pass from one roof to another building. It required a lot of balance, but it was the only way to navigate without dropping back into the danger zone. On my way across the wires, I looked back and noticed there were two infected on a sub-roof who were dying to get to me. They growled and hissed as they watched me from below, unable to reach the high cables I was using. I ran on the wires and I went inside that building through the open window where I found some supplies. I grabbed what I could find and moved quietly through the rooms, listening for any movement. I came out of the same window and jumped to that roof from the wires which looked extremely risky in the moment. Fortunately, I didn't fall below and managed to catch the edge of the opposite building. My heart was racing as I pulled myself up, thankful that my grip held steady. From that roof, I noticed the whole street below was taken over by a massive amount of infected. The number of monsters made me decide not to hit the street ever again if I could help it. At last, I reached the area close to the town hall and saw a group of infected were creating a total chaos at the entrance. There were people trapped inside, and the monsters were trying to break through the barricades. Then suddenly I noticed there were two infected on the other side of the roof I was on. I had to escape immediately before they could corner me against the ledge. I kept jumping from one roof to another to get closer to the town hall entrance without being spotted. I used my binoculars to see exactly what was happening at the gates, and it looked like there was an opening in that door. I realized I could use that small hole to slip inside if I was fast enough. But I was still scared as there were a lot of them and I knew I couldn't take them all down with my limited stamina. I kept getting closer quietly, and I waited for a break in the movement of the horde before making my final move. After checking around and waiting for a while, I decided to rush there and take the chance. I sprinted with everything I had and went through that hole of the gate before the infected could attack me. After getting inside, I noticed they couldn't actually follow me through the narrow gap, leaving me safe inside. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

A Moment of Calm.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/9ae8fdf1 After a failed attempt to use firecrackers and UV light against volatiles, I was killed and sent back to the home base. I waited out the night with Olivia before heading out at dawn. I used parkour to reach the town hall area, only to find the complex completely overrun by infected. I couldn't just wait on the tower when there were enemies walking below me, so I tried to shoot them with arrows from my high vantage point. However, the arrows didn't do anything big to stop their movement. So I tried confusing them by throwing firecrackers down to see if I could distract them from my position. I watched from above as the small explosions went off, but it only seemed to draw more of them toward the base of my tower. It was a risky game to play while surrounded by so many hungry monsters. I decided to see what would happen if I put a UV light on them to see their reaction. I jumped down from the safety of the tower and used the light on one of the volatiles around me. It kind of confused the creature for a moment, but then it recovered quickly, jumped on me, and killed me instantly. At the next restart, I found myself back at the same town and I didn't want to go back to my tower this time. I decided to take a risk and ran towards the town hall real fast while staying in the shadows. When I was navigating through the big buildings, a chase started suddenly as a volatile found me in the dark. I tried very hard to get away, but it was too fast. The monster jumped on me and took me down again before I could reach the safety of a higher rooftop. This time, I was sent back to the home base, which really calmed me down after all the stress of the chase. I knew the volatiles would not attack me here within the protected walls of the sanctuary. I took a deep breath and looked around where I found Olivia as well. There was this couch, and I realized I could wait until morning to continue my journey. The game told me I could sleep the night over while the sun was down. That morning, I decided to go out as no volatiles should be around during the daylight hours. The sun felt warm on my face as I stepped out into the open air again. I felt much more confident now that I could see the path clearly without having to worry about the super-predators of the night. When coming out of the monastery, I decided to ignore all those regular infected on my way to save time. I stopped for a moment to check around the area and I noticed the town hall was not actually that far from me. I went out and tried some good parkour to get to the town hall fast. I kept ignoring all those infected on my way. The movement felt fluid and fast as I mastered the environment to reach my goal. I finally reached the town area, but it looked like the town hall was not so close at all. It seemed like a very large and complex area to find the exact place I needed. The whole town was filled with hundreds of infected, making it a very difficult challenge to navigate through them. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

Into the Dark.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/ebddca82 I started slaying infected on my way to the town hall but soon faced the dangers of the night. After being spotted by multiple volatiles and suffering a few quick deaths, I engaged in a high-stakes chase toward my safe house. I narrowly escaped up a ladder and decided to spend the night watching the moon. I started slaying infected on my way towards the town hall, feeling the weight of the city in every swing. I was really enjoying capturing photos through the photo mode. The detail on the enemies was incredible, and I wanted to document my progress through this dangerous urban landscape before things got worse. On my way, I ignored a group of infected standing on the bridge who were staring at the setting sun mysteriously. It was a strange and haunting sight to see them so still and focused on the orange horizon. I passed them by at first, wondering what was going on in their broken minds as the day faded away. I decided to go back for them as they were still turned around and unaware of my presence. I took down two more of them quickly, using the element of surprise to clear the path. It was a satisfying moment of control before the true dangers of the night began to crawl out from the shadows. One of them somehow saw me after the struggle and started chasing me while I was on my way through the street. Darkness had already settled over the city, making the roads look much more threatening than before. I didn't want to fight them in the dark because I never know their movement when visibility is this low. I started ignoring them and moved towards the town hall. I was warned that at night, volatiles appear and that a chase starts if they spot me. Suddenly, I was spotted by a volatile that let out a terrifying scream. I didn't want to fight this scary monster, so I started running backwards to put some distance between us before it could leap. I noticed through the photo mode that there was not just one, but multiple of those fast infected who were chasing me. And they caught up to me and initially took me down in a flurry of strikes. At the restart, I found myself close to my tower safe house, but the danger was still very real. There was this volatile nearby who spotted me instantly and took me down real fast before I could even reach the safehouse. It was a brutal reminder of how vulnerable I was during the night hours. At the next restart, I just knew what to do to survive the encounter. I started running towards the safe house as fast as I could while those volatiles kept chasing me through the dark. I didn't look back once, focused entirely on the safe house. After getting to the safe house, it became very hard for me to climb up on the ladder. The volatiles kept trying to snatch me back down with their claws. But at last, I climbed up to the top where they couldn't follow me. I decided to spend the night in that place because I was not interested in getting killed again by those volatiles below. I stopped on the edge of the tower and started just enjoying the beautiful moon in the dark. It was a peaceful moment after one of the most terrifying chase of my life. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

A Room with a View.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/67239e2c After failing to take down an infected with my new bow, I climbed a difficult tower to establish a temporary safe house. I explored the new photo mode and used binoculars to plan my trip to the town hall. As the sun set, I gathered supplies and prepared for the dangers of the night. After picking up the bow and arrows, I tried to shoot an infected from afar. I took my time to aim, but unfortunately, it did not work as well as I had hoped. The arrow missed its mark or did not do enough damage to stop the creature, leaving me a bit exposed in the open area. Instead, those infected started coming towards me because they heard the noise. The good thing was that they were quite slow and were just walking at a steady pace. I had plenty of time to rethink my strategy while they slowly closed the distance between us. Then I noticed there was this tall tower that I could use as my safe house or a home base. I had to climb up on it to reach the top, which was a little difficult. There were no stairs or ladders to use, so I had to try careful jumping. After trying multiple times and failing, I at last climbed on top of the structure. I found a bed and some personal belongings left behind, which made a proper temporary safe house for me. The views from there were amazing, showing the whole town and the surrounding forest stretched out below. Then suddenly I noticed the in-game photo mode was unlocked for me to use. I tried it out immediately and found it real cool that I could use it to capture good photos of my journey. I kept my eye in the frame to get the perfect shot of the high-altitude scenery. Well, then I used my binoculars to check around the area and find my next location. I spotted the town hall in the city center, which was the next location I had to go. I marked the spot on my map so I would not get lost once I was back on the ground. While I was climbing down the tower, I noticed the sun started setting behind the hills. It was giving a cool color setting to the entire world, as you can see in this pictures. After climbing down to the bottom, I took down an infected that was standing near the tower. Then I found an locked a box, where I discovered a simple machete and a bracelet inside. I stopped there for a moment to observe the town hall I was going to visit next, which which looked very large. I noticed the sun was setting fast, and I still did not know how dangerous or scary the night was going to be. I'll show what happens next later. Open World Wonders.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/95e9dfb3 After getting supplies and an extractor from Olivia, I left the monastery to explore the surrounding area. I used my new stealth skill to navigate through a town while avoiding infected. After kicking a human attacker off a roof, I defeated an enemy archer and took his bow. After exploring around the apartment, I talked to Olivia to see what the next move was. She said there were some supplies for me , and I found them along with a workbench. I gathered everything I could find to make sure I was ready for the dangers waiting outside. Then I had to get back to her, and she gave me some new objectives for my mission. Most of them were about extracting a booster from a chimera if I happened to find one in the wild. She gave me the extractor tool as well, which looked very important for my survival. Then I went out in the open air for the first time in a while. I got amazed again seeing the beautiful graphics and the lighting around the environment. The world looked both broken and beautiful at the same time, and I took a moment to appreciate the view before moving on. I had to get out of the monastery area and make my way to a town nearby. There were a lot of infected on the path, but I decided to ignore all of them to save my ammo. I noticed they were trying to approach me as I ran past. After getting close to the town, I took down some infected using stealth. I have to mention that I recently used the workbench to add the stealth ability to my skill set. It worked perfectly, allowing me to move behind the enemies and take them out without making any noise. Then I went for the town, and I had to pass through a deep waterway because it was a useful shortcut. I noticed I could dive underwater and also swim in a very realistic way. The water effects were great, and I felt completely immersed as I moved ahead. After getting to the town, I had to investigate the area for any clues. I explored the valley for allies who might help us against the Baron. I noticed there were a lot of infected wandering around, and I ignored most of them while I searched around. While I was exploring around for allies, someone suddenly attacked me from behind. I realized it was a living human instead of a zombie. I fought back and kicked him off a roof, where he became a meal for the infected waiting below. Then I noticed there was another enemy who was shooting at me with arrows from a distance. I moved quickly to get close to him before he could shoot again. Then I beheaded him using my machete and I picked up his bow and some arrows for myself. I'll show what happens next later. Breaking the Reaper.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/9439ae29 I fought a special zombie called a Reaper but was overwhelmed by an infected swarm and died. After restarting and defeating the beast, Olivia extracted a booster to save Kyle from a sudden illness. Kyle survived but suffered nightmares and learned these serum would boost his immune system in unique ways. This special zombie was called a Reaper, and it was a very dangerous opponent. First, it tried to rip my limbs off with its powerful claws, so I had to stay at a distance from it to stay alive. I waited for my chances to attack and hit it whenever it paused between its heavy swings. After I drained more than half of the Reaper's health, a group of regular infected joined the fight. This made the situation much harder for me because I had to watch my back while still dodging the Reaper. I was eventually overpowered by the crowd and died, which was very frustrating. The sad part was that I had to fight the Reaper from the start again after I died. This time, I made sure I was keeping a good distance from him while he was in charge of the area. I moved quickly around the room and at last, it was time for finishing him off. For the finisher, Kyle started breaking the bones of the Reaper. He used his hands to crush the monster's defenses and at last took him down for good. Once the Reaper was dead, the rest of the infected in the area also disappeared. With the Reaper gone, the immediate threat was over. Kyle called Olivia over the radio and asked her to come down to his position to start the extraction process. While Olivia came down and was about to start the extraction process, Kyle suddenly got very sick. He fell to his knees and looked like he was going to die right there on the floor. Olivia extracted the booster from the creature as fast as she could with her tools. She did not hesitate and injected it into Kyle to save his life. The serum worked quickly to stabilize him, and Kyle survived. Kyle survived, but he was having a terrible nightmare next. Olivia was still there watching over Kyle, but he started choking her right after he gained consciousness. Though he stopped as soon as he came to his senses. Olivia mentioned that Kyle had been out for days while he recovered. She explained that the serum boosted Kyle's immune system and sped up his healing process. She added that every chimera has a different GSB, so each new booster he finds will enhance his body in a different way. After the long explanation, I got an option to choose how to proceed with the story. I could stay and talk more with Olivia or focus on the next goal. I chose to focus on finding allies to help us in our fight against the zombie hordes. I'll show what happens next later. A Safe Zon for Olivia.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/b03fb60d div class="text-justify"> I secured a monastery safe zone by killing infected, closing the main door, and starting a generator. After signaling Olivia, Kyle had a flashback to his time as a test subject. Olivia arrived with a mission to hunt a Chimera monster for a strength booster, which leaded to a scary confrontation. Before establishing a safe location in the monastery, I had several tasks to finish. I started by killing the infected that were wandering around the area. It was a messy job, but it was the only way to make the building quiet enough to work. After I finished killing the infected on the ground level, I went to one of the main entrance doors. This was the last open door that let the monsters inside, so I closed it tight and locked it. Once the bottom floor was safe, I headed to the floors above to look for any remaining infected that might be hiding in the dark rooms. I found more infected on the next floor, and one of them was banging loudly on a wooden door. I tried to get close to perform a stealth attack, but the creature heard me move. Since stealth did not work, I had to pull out my heavy pipe and hit him until he stopped moving. The noise was loud, but they were finally dead. Then I noticed there were two more infected on another floor above my position. I waited in the shadows for a moment to look for a gap so I could get close for a stealth takedown. However, they noticed me before I could strike, so I had to turn around and go the other way to find a better angle. There were more infected on the top floor of the monastery. I managed to get close to one and performed a powerful kick that sent him flying all the way down to the ground. This move helped me finish off the last of the monsters in the building. I climbed all the way back down to the ground floor to turn on the main generator. Once the power was running, I had to climb to the very top part of the building. I turned on a green light at the peak, which officially unlocked the safe zone and allowed the lights to shine across the monastery tower. After the safe zone was unlocked, Kyle called Olivia on the radio. He let her know that the area was finally clear and it was safe for her to come to the monastery. She told him that she was already on her way. While Kyle was waiting for Olivia, he had a dark flashback of his time in the lab. He remembered when he was being treated as a test subject by the scientists. Then Olivia finally came over to the monastery. She was a very fine-looking lady, but Kyle became aggressive for a moment when he saw her. He did not believe her at first glance and was worried she might be an enemy. After convincing Kyle, Olivia gave him an important message. She mentioned that he would need to kill a special monster named Chimera. Olivia promised to use a special device to extract a booster from the creature, which would help Kyle get his full strength back so he could fight better, and she gave Kyle a machete to fight the monster. While they were talking about the Chimera, they suddenly heard the monster making a loud noise from the open ground below. Kyle headed straight toward the sound. I did not see any fear in his face, even though the monster looked very scary. I just knew it was going to be a very hard fight. I'll show what happens next later. Exploring the Perimeter.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/a97f534a I found a decoy and some supplies near the monastery entrance. I tried to distract the infected, but I made a mistake and they chased me. After I climbed a wall to get inside, Olivia asked me to start the generator, but I must clear the building and lock the doors first. I walked ahead and found a decoy, which is a common item I can throw. I also found some more supplies near a dead body that was lying on the ground. I was getting close to the monastery entrance and I was told to use decoys to distract the infected. I threw one the wrong way, which caused the monsters to run right toward me instead of away. I ran out of stamina after attacking some of them, so I backed off. One infected followed me, but I killed it once I could breathe again, and then I saw some horrible scenes in the area. I walked to the entrance and saw many dead bodies of lab scientists lying around. I took some time to check the whole area for anything useful before I tried to go inside. I walked to the main door, but it was locked tight from the other side. I looked around and noticed a part of the wall that I could use to climb up and over. I checked the other side of the building for a different door, but that was locked as well. I went back to the climbable wall and moved up to a good height to get inside. I talked to Olivia, who said she was on her way. She asked me to get the generator running, so I jumped into the monastery and was happy to see no infected there for now. I searched for supplies and found a machine that was connected to the big building. I went inside and found the generator, but I have to close the door and kill the infected before I can start it. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

The Road to the Monastery.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/51d7c82b Following Olivia's instructions, I descended the mountain toward an old monastery, navigating treacherous gaps and ignoring rockfall warnings. After surviving a surprise attack from a feasting infected and looting a hidden cache, I bypassed the locked main gates by scaling a wall, only to be ambushed by an infected playing dead. As per Olivia's advice, I headed downhill toward the old monastery for our meeting. The graphics were incredibly realistic, so I took a moment to enjoy the mountain scenery as I began the trek. I reached a viewpoint and spotted an infected feasting on a body below. I tried to find a stealthy way around it to save my health, but the game didn't allow for a quiet approach. The infected sensed my presence and attacked, tried to pin me down. After a struggle, I managed to break free and smashed it into the ground to end the fight. Nearby, I found a body of a laborer or someone form whom I found some useful loot for my journey ahead. From a high vantage point, I checked out the old monastery. I was checking to see if the building was covered by any of those infected, but fortunately, it looked clear. I diverted to another hillside ledge where I found more supplies. While scavenging, I noticed a couple more infected wandering further down the slope. I continued running toward the monastery. I passed a waterfall that sounded incredibly soothing, and the way the sun hit the water looked incredibly realistic, it was a rare moment of beauty in a dark situation. I kept pushing forward, ignoring signs that warned of falling rocks. I used some sturdy tree branches to swing across a massive gap in the mountain path to stay on course. I finally reached the monastery, but the main gate was bolted shut from the inside. I had to find a different way to gain entry. I found a section of the wall that didn't have any obstacles on that part. I jumped over it and scanned the courtyard for any running infected; and it seemed quiet at first glance. Right after jumping inside, I landed near a body I thought was a corpse. It turned out to be an infected waiting for a meal. it tried to feast on me as soon as I stood up, so I had to smash it down quickly. I'll show what happens next later. Smashing Through the Labs.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/d88b0f16 Olivia triggered a facility override that released all containment subjects, forcing me to fight through waves of infected using pure rage and bare hands. After the elevator failed during a lockdown, I climbed through the shafts to reach the surface, and finally emerged into the sunlight of the Western Alps. Olivia sent the elevator to my floor, but the news wasn't all good. She warned me that the system override was opening every containment door in the sector, letting all the infected test subjects out of their cells and directly into my path. I had to fight my way out of the lab area to survive. I kept punching the infected as they rushed me until Kyle's rage meter filled up, making him significantly stronger and more feral than the monsters I was fighting. With bare hands, I started smashing and tearing the monsters apart. The sheer brutality of the combat felt exactly like Dead Island 2, and the resemblance was honestly striking as I cleared the hallway. Once the floor was clear, the elevator finally arrived. As I stepped inside, Olivia's voice came over the comms to tell me I was on my own; she couldn't offer any more help and I had to find my own way out of the facility. The elevator didn't make it to the top before getting stuck. Kyle had to force open the hatch in the ceiling and pull himself up into the dark, dangerous elevator shaft. I navigated the shaft by performing some risky jumps and climbing along the internal framework. It was a tense ascent with the mechanical groans of the facility echoing all around me. As I neared the exit, an automated announcement blared that lockdown protocols had been initiated due to the security breach. I had to move fast before every exit point was sealed tight by the facility's defense systems. I finally reached a ladder that led out of the underground hellhole. Emerging into the sunlight was an incredible moment; the lighting was so realistic it felt like Kyle was seeing the world for the first time in ages. Once outside, Kyle re-established contact with Olivia. She confirmed I was in Castor Woods, a small town in the Western Alps, and urged me to head downhill toward an old monastery where we could finally meet. I'll show what happens next later. The Containment Breach.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/323cff82 I discovered the stunning power of my UV flashlight while navigating a blood-soaked medical facility. After witnessing a brutal death through a lab door, I used stealth to bypass feasting infected in the operating theater. Forced into a confrontation, Kyle had to use a metal pipe to clear a path toward a locked elevator. I encountered more infected on my path and realized the flashlight I equipped earlier was actually a UV model. I tested it out and found it works perfectly to stun the infected, giving me a much-needed tactical edge. After clearing a few enemies, I witnessed a gruesome scene where a soldier was literally torn apart through a door. I knew I had to push through that exact entrance to keep moving forward. I moved through the room and entered the main operating theater. Olivia mentioned over the comms that the exit was on the far side, advising me to stay quiet and avoid the infected since I was still recovering my strength. The other side of the theater was crawling with infected feasting on the remains of staff. I moved with extreme caution and successfully snuck past the entire group without alerting them to my presence. As I entered the next compartment, Kyle got confirmed that Olivia was watching him through the security cameras. Just then, a group of infected shattered a glass door, and Olivia warned that a fight was now unavoidable. Kyle ripped a heavy metal pipe straight from the wall, showing he's regaining his physical power. I used the pipe to take down the encroaching zombies in a series of brutal, heavy-hitting strikes. This section was clearly a research wing designed to hold the infected for study, which explained why so many were trapped in the surrounding rooms. I saw more dead bodies being used as food for the subjects inside. Olivia directed me to take the lift up toward an evacuation tunnel. The doors were locked, so she initiated an emergency override; she warned me the elevator was on its way, but the override was opening all the other containment doors as well. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

The Beginning of Dying Light: The Beast.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/f354e97b Since my Guardians of the Galaxy save got messed up, I jumped into Dying Light: The Beast. The atmosphere immediately reminded me of the fun I had in Dead Island 2, which was a great sign. After a quick recap of the story so far, I saw my character trapped in a lab. Scientists were pumping him full of various vaccines and serums as part of a mysterious testing phase. A stranger appeared and coldly announced that my character was no longer needed because they had found a better subject. He left with a taunt, claiming I would never get the chance to kill him in this lifetime. The new test subject woke up in a blind rage. Before the scientists could react or inject him, he broke loose and tore through everyone in the room. My character lost consciousness during the chaos. When I woke up, a voice on a nearby radio told me to scavenge the device from a dead scientist lying just ahead. The lady on the radio, Kyle, directed me toward a ventilation shaft. It was the only way to move through the facility without being spotted by whatever else was roaming the halls. I was still too weak to stand, so I had to crawl through the vents. Below me, I could see gruesome scenes of the massacre, with bodies and missing limbs scattered everywhere. I eventually reached a room containing a vital antidote. After taking it, my character finally regained enough strength to stand up and start walking properly again. I realized I could use my fists now, which was a relief. I came across a locked door, and Kyle managed to bypass the security remotely to let me through. I encountered my very first zombie shortly after. The game prompted me to try a quick attack, and I successfully took the creature down, marking my first official kill in this new journey. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

Nowhere to Run.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/097c0dd7 The team followed Warlock through a dark void while he explained how he was manipulated. Peter shared his own experience of rejecting a false promise before the group emerged into a war zone. After seeing Nikki vanish through a portal, the Guardians left Mantis behind to help her people and escaped into space. We had to follow Warlock through a dark space while he spoke about imagining ambivalent omnipotence and drifting in the darkness. The atmosphere was heavy as he shared his internal struggles. As Warlock spoke, we were pulled into the darkness or shown a vision of what really happened to him and Raker. The visuals were amazing, even if his words were a bit complex to follow. The vision showed how Warlock had been manipulated by the Church. It was a powerful way to see the influence that had been used to control him and the Matriarch. Peter talked about being fooled by Nikki's promise at first. He mentioned that after he rejected it, things felt different, showing how much he had grown through the journey. Warlock explained that the bond between the Magus and the material world had to be broken. Suddenly, the team saw daylight and we were finally out of the darkness, though the conversation continued. When we came out of the cave, the place looked like a war zone. Raker's ships were appearing through the cortex, which allowed them to travel anywhere in an instant. I saw that Nikki was the one managing the cortex. She disappeared into it, taking the massive hand structure with her and leaving the team behind as a new chapter titled "Nowhere to Run" began. Mantis mentioned she needed to stay and help her people, so the Guardians decided to leave her behind. Peter still tried to flirt with her one last time before the team flew away as fast as the ship could go. I'll show what happens next later. A Heartbreaking Final Embrace.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=pikachuuuuu/adda9f78 Within the Eternal Echo, the Guardians found Drax trapped in an agonizing vision of his family. Through the team's persistence, Drax realized the truth and sacrificed his illusion by killing the fake forms of his wife and daughter. The Guardians found themselves in an empty Eternal Echo, as Warlock had warned. When I called out to Mantis, there was no good response, but Rocket triggered something with his words nearby. I spotted Drax's shadow ahead and started running. Drax appeared to be in a state of grave agony, caught between the love for his family and the reality of the team. The Guardians began the difficult task of convincing him that what he saw ahead wasn't real. Drax looked ready to be convinced, but his confusion was visible as his family stood right before his eyes. The whole team put their hearts into reaching him, trying their best to pull him back from the brink. Drax finally started walking toward his family with a look of grim determination. He moved close to them, and for a moment, it felt like he might give in to the promise of the illusion. He hugged his wife and daughter for the last time, knowing he would never see them again. In a brutal act of will, he stabbed both forms, and the fake projections of his family began to dissolve. The shape-shifting alien from the Quarantine Zone was revealed as the source of the deception. It took on the form of an alternative, darker version of Warlock to fight him, resulting in a massive explosion. The scene shifted outside Warlock's nest. The team stood together, talking with Drax as he tried to express the crushing weight of the grief he had felt while trapped in that false promise. Peter was more interested in why the creature looked like Warlock, and that is when Warlock said cause it was him. He appeared with a brand new outfit and a different face, though the original look definitely had its own charm. Warlock stepped out of his nest and began walking ahead with renewed purpose. The rest of the Guardians followed closely behind as Mantis mentioned that it was finally time to leave this place behind. I'll show what happens next later. I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail. This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.
