Danny will be in court this December 3rd at 8:30 a.m. for sentencing in Courtroom 13-3, Ferguson Building (400 N. Miami Ave). According to the latest updates Danny shared, President Trump has already signed the action connected to his pardon request — and now we’re just waiting for the official release. With this and Credit for Time Served, Danny is expected to walk out of court that same day. He’s inviting everyone who has supported his fight for justice to show up and stand with him.
