Our Public Policy Committee monitors policies, ordinances, and legislation that could adversely affect private property rights and the free enterprise system. We seek to proactively engage in the public policy arena so as to not only ensure proper representation of the Association’s interests at various levels of the decision-making process, be it local, state and federal, but to also contribute to the overall quality of life of the Pikes Peak region.We the Association want to ensure that not only our members, but also the people of the Pikes Peak Region can understand the changes that could directly impact the Real Estate Marketplace.
