The podcast is about living as a whole person and providing biblical soul care for individuals. Holistic living is an approach that considers the whole person, body, soul,/Spirit in the pursuit of health and well-being. This podcast will encourage individuals to make choices that promote harmony within the body and soul/Spirit. We have identified five dimensions of whole person-living: Physical, Psychological, Emotional, Spiritual, and Relational. The idea is that individuals have a soul, which must be healthy, before individuals can experience true well-being. The podcast focuses on nurturing the well-being of one's inner self or soul. The podcast helps to bridge the gap between spiritual and psychological aspects of a person's well-being, which can lead to living as a whole person. Spiritual and psychology are distinct fields with their approach and perspectives on exploring inner peace, but they can intersect. We will combine insight from both areas to enc
