Dr. Lahey is a non-invasive cardiologist in private practice in the Chicagoland area.  A native of Chicago, he graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where he earned dual MD and PhD degrees through the highly competitive, NIH-funded Medical Scientist Training Program.  Dr. Lahey has spoken at national and international conferences and has dozens of publications in leading scientific journals, and his work has been featured in popular mainstream outlets including TIME Magazine.  Currently, his clinical work has a special focus on the prevention of cardiovascular disease and the use of advanced imaging for the diagnosis and treatment of multiple cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and cardiomyopathy.
