Ruk Sa was the first and largest winged dragon to ever exist, he resided within the canyons of Khaeli in a den. Often, he'd terrorise the hamlets of Khaeli. To avoid him Khaeli people held the Ruk Sa festival where they would summon the dragon with their music and sacrifice a young blood.
