How REAL Luxury Is Changing the Game | Kofi Nartey | The Future of Luxury Real Estate

Collaboration beats competition. Every time.In this episode, I sit down with Kofi Nartey to talk about what’s really being built inside REAL Luxury… and why it’s so different from what most agents are used to.Most people in this industry are still operating from scarcity.Holding their cards close.Trying to win on their own.But the agents who are winning at the highest level? They’re in the right rooms.Kofi shares one of the most powerful examples I’ve seen of true collaboration… a group of agents came together and contributed over 1,700 marketing strategies which turned into 500+ unique ways to market luxury properties.Nobody holding back. Nobody competing. Just people making each other better. That’s the culture. And in my opinion… that’s the future of this business. We also dive into:• Kofi’s journey from sports & entertainment into luxury real estate• What it really takes to operate at a high level in luxury• Why REAL Luxury has raised the standard• What’s coming next with collaboration across the entire platformThis business is simple. Why We Left 1,540 Agents at eXp to Start Over at REAL (2-Year Update)

What would make me walk away from a massive organization and start over from scratch? That’s exactly what Dustin and I unpack in this conversation. Two years ago, we made a decision that most people wouldn’t make. We left behind a large organization we had spent years building and stepped into the unknown. Not because it was easy. Not because it was trendy. But because we believed it was right. This isn’t a bashing session. I’m grateful for the chapter that came before. But it is an honest conversation about what we experienced, what changed, and why the move ended up being worth it.In this episode, we break down:- Why growth started feeling harder than it should have- The “silo” dynamic and why that mattered long-term- How culture and collaboration impact everything- What surprised us most after making the move- Why retention and momentum shifted dramatically- How technology and systems affect real productivity- What I would tell anyone thinking about making a changeChange is uncomfortable. Starting over is scary. But sometimes the move that looks risky on the outside is the one that unlocks your next level. If you’ve ever wondered whether starting over can actually be a step forward, this conversation is for you.Check Out REAL Academy: www.real.academy/📌 Connect with Clayton: calendly.com/claytongits📌 Connect with Dustin→ https://linktr.ee/massiveagent→ instagram.com @massiveagent→ youtube: @MassiveAgent

The DISC Assessment Explained: Unlocking Effective Communication between YOU and Others!

On this episode of Proximity Podcast we will be looking at the DISC assessment and how Clayton and Stephanie have been able to use it in their business to teach communication styles and find the best fits on their real estate team. The DISC assessment is a tool used for understanding communication styles between individuals. The assessment focuses on four main personality types: D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness). Each personality type has unique characteristics that can be leveraged in different situations. For example, D individuals are highly task-oriented, while I individuals thrive on social interaction. High S individuals are described as stable, predictable, and calm, with values that include loyalty, helping others, and security. To be more effective, high S individuals can display more self-confidence and reveal their true feelings. This episode highlights the importance of understanding these personality types when building effective teams and communicating with colleagues. It also emphasizes the importance of being patient, persistent, and diplomatic when communicating with individuals of these personalities.
