Host Hailee Haymore interviews Mr. Fred McIver. They met as members of high school tennis teams, Mr. Fred as a coach and Hailee as a player on an opposing team, and the two hit it off. A very special influence in Hailee's life, Mr. Fred has spent his retirement giving back to the community through mentorship surrounding his two passions, sports and God. He visits the public school system seeking to uplift struggling young men by guiding them toward their full potential. For those who know him, its obvious the pure joy he ignites in everyone he meets. Enjoy learning from Mr. Fred as he shares his unique background, what drives him to excellence and how he uses his athleticism and personality to spread the gospel.

Courts and Couture owners, Mendy Legleiter and Kendall Gilbert, sit with host Hailee Haymore to discuss the power of "Blooming Where You are Planted." James has an amazing story of how God brought him to the U.S. after being diagnosed with a rare disease, then guiding him to a strong Christian environment, leading James to accept Christ. James feels a deep passion toward math and the Lord, which led James to ask the question, "How can we further His kingdom?" (A question we should all be asking ourselves!) Susan Hicks, former Moore County clerk of court and Hailee’s neighborhood grandma, sits with Hailee to discuss how how the Lord called her to politics, and her efforts to honorably serve as a public official while staying true to her faith. They also discuss how Susan developed her strong work ethic and their love for each other and their neighborhood. Susan is a wise and strong woman of character, and Hailee has been able to learn from her on their little dead end road as she was serving Moore County as clerk of courts!
