The two discuss many different questions including;how flexible they are when things change, do you accept change when your idea doesn’t go the way you wanted? Their favorite form of social media, the differences between platforms, and how they are the same. They both share their enjoyment of Tik tok and the possible ban. They talk about oldie YouTube music videos.. how it’s not as popular as it used to be. Eric shares his current routine with skincare and overall. Rachel and Eric share things they do everyday , and what they both want to incorporate in 2025 approaching. Some other questions conversed were, do you think your level of education has prepared for your job today? And, do you think experience or education is most relevant for the job you currently have? Eric and Rachel welcome their second guest appearance, Brendan also known as “B. “The two host start by welcoming him to the podcast and explain how they know another. During this recording there was also a first guest audience, Kaniya joining the session as well. As the mutuals discuss varies things such as their work experience together, holiday traditions, pet peeves in hospitality during a holiday and much more. The conversation opens towards future plans including the dreams, goals, and love languages. The friends answer the following question, “what is more important acceptance or forgiveness?” This episode is giggly but also some fun shade here and there.

Eric and Rachel took some time off from recording for their own personal mental health reasonings. They discuss the real deal.. exactly how they are feeling. The two host catch back up with their listeners with what’s been on their mind lately. They also share what they’ve been up too. The next topic leads the discussion of the most memorable moments of 2024 so far. Eric and Rachel share their recent experiences and fun had with each other and mutual friends. The two host continue conversations with another regarding being liked or respected. They close by talking about their input of what people should understand about mental health. It matters.

This episode is raw and uncut from a late night record session. Eric and Rachel get right into the episode with Eric welcoming back the audience. The two host both explain they have been busy with Summer time activities and being out and about. Eric and Rachel share their past weekend with spending time together at the beach for a very fun outing. Eric starts off by asking Rachel a question being, what inspires you to carry on ? Rachel explains herself with sharing the feelings she’s experiencing. Eric then asks if Rachel has any inspirational quotes that she is living by recently. Both hosts go back and forth with different sayings with laughter and understanding of another. They both talk about what they’re currently feeling involving their sayings/quotes. Eric’s next question was, if your life had a theme song, what would it be? Eric shares his first with giving Rachel her gears spinning with her response. Rachel asks Eric a final question of, if you live with someone and don’t like them anymore, would you still live under the same roof? Episode #12-“Leave people where they left you”
While listening to the first segment, Eric and Rachel welcome the listeners back and first apologize for the absence of not releasing any content the past two weeks. The two host do this podcast for leisure and fun while both balancing full time jobs. They both cannot believe this is the 12th released episode. Rachel starts by asking Eric how he is feeling before she begins her questions for this segment. The questions begin with, could you be friends with someone who doesn’t have the same values as you? Both host answer with their similar response. The next question is, what advice would you give someone who is struggling to make friends? They both share their answers and opinions. Rachel then shifts gears and asks Eric if he can introduce his self as if someone we’re introducing him. The following question is, what’s the most unusual job you’ve attained? The two host share their different but very similar responsibilities involving past retail experiences. The next question leads to, what have you learned about yourself recently? Finally, the episode concludes with a random funky question involving strange food combinations that can be controversial. The hosts also include that there will be another guest appearance coming soon so stay tuned!!

“THE RANT” (Tuesday Therapy Talk)
In this 11th episode, Rachel welcomes the listeners back. Both of the host share the load that they both feel from their previous work week. Rachel starts off with the first question to Eric, do you believe in the saying, “fake it ‘til you make it?” Eric shares his opinion regarding the workplace persona and frustration it can bring. The following question asked is, what are your current priorities in this current season of your life? The two host both share giving some similar details regarding theirselves and the importance of self discovery, care, and love. The next segment leads to the question, how important is appearance? Eric shares a little about a funny incident that happened recently and the self awareness of fashion sense. Rachel then asks Eric, do you have a hard time trusting your gut and/or first intuition? Eric shares his feelings and how he has always had a connection with things occurring that do not feel right within. Eric and Rachel both wrap up the show promptly due to just ranting and letting out some emotions that had been held in. This record session was definitely needed therapy talk and release for both of the hosts.

During this episode, Eric and Rachel get right into the show. Eric and Rachel both shoutout Mel for joining the show last week and coming on and the support from the listeners. Eric starts off by asking Rachel, would you rather have a pause button or a rewind button for your life? Both hosts share their thoughts on that. Rachel fires back to Eric with the question, do you think humans are born with ethics or do you think we learn ethics throughout life? The other questions the host asked each other were, would you rather be reborn as a baby and never grow up or would you rather be reborn as an adult and never grow old? Also, do you think there is a parallel universe to this one? Another question was, does power corrupt?Rachel lightens up the topics with asking Eric what is dream life looks like, with career, kids, household desires, etc. The two hosts continue to listen to each other and hear another through their own personal answers while being open and respectful.

In this episode, Eric and Rachel welcome their first guest, Melanie! The two hosts start off with questions to one another joining Melanie to answer as well. The questions included what is your favorite quality about yourself, biggest accomplishment, how difficult is it to do simplistic things, and how do you handle uncomfortable situations, etc. The three on the mic on this segment continue with laugher and shared memories that they’ve all shared in the work place setting. Eric, Rachel, and Melanie talk upon each other discussing the current day they are having and how the week has been for them. This episode is raw and uncut so being respectful and understanding of one another sharing their stories was shown. This episode told true stories and past experiences. The two host close the episode by thanking Melanie for being their first guest and how much of an honor it was to have her on answering the questions honestly and clearly.

Eric and Rachel welcomes you back to their podcast show. They both thank the listening audience for tuning back in for the weekly Tuesday talks. The two host first begin with talk about spoiling, others, and theirselves. Eric describes the transition of living in your family home to living alone. Rachel and Eric discuss the independence and freedom of living on your own is a peace of mind and tranquility that no one can take from you. Eric discussed the realization he encountered by living on his own. Rachel goes to ask Eric about his baking skills lately. Eric shares what he enjoys baking and explains how he is a self taught chef. They play an audio from Eric’s birthday celebration from the Nicki Minaj concert back in March where the two host both attended. Nicki shares that you should always choose yourself and your own happiness on stage. Rachel asks Eric if he thinks life is short, and Eric answers. They both shoutout the audience for having fun with both of the host each week tuning in and giving feedback to them. They go into sharing how much fun both of the host have recording on their leisure time. Eric asks Rachel if she works well under pressure and Rachel explains she dealt with test anxiety growing up. On this episode, Eric and Rachel get right back into it with welcoming the listeners back to another conversation. They begin discussing their new podcast equipment: microphones, headset ear phones, and a sound machine. Eric and Rachel talk about being your own best friend,cheerleader, and the importance of believing in yourself. The two begin with starting a discussion regarding people going MIA and how they feel about it. Rachel was surprised Eric has not gone MIA before on anyone, Eric expanded on his enjoyment with being alone and his solitude. The next question asked by Eric was the five to ten year plan Rachel had for herself and if she wants children. Eric also bounced back on his five to ten year plan and his idea of future endeavors. Rachel shoutouts the ~*girlie pops*~because they are the most high listeners. The following question was does Eric and Rachel embrace change with depth with where they are today vs what they envisioned in school days. The next question was do you agree you must get uncomfortable first to finally feel comfortable? also does it help you grow. Eric goes into detail regarding Darwinism and being open to change. Rachel discuses self discovery and how growing pains allowed her to be where she is today. During the lowest point of her life, she shares, she experienced the most positive outcome. The two host finish the episode with small talk regarding tattoos and piercings.

On this episode, Rachel and Eric start off hot and and get right into it. They both talk about how they are eager for Summer weather approaching and enjoying the sunshine. The two host discuss business off the jump, Rachel asked Eric how he feels about people in his personal business. They discuss their hot take on peers in their business. It was addressed how people can be in your business, talk behind your back, and continue to smile in your face. Eric and Rachel talk about how they deal with haters and people who’ve betrayed them. Rachel discusses how she feels about how others can create a false label or assumption towards someone without experiencing it themselves. The two dive deeper into how they handle it and manage their work life balance with leisure. Eric shares how he spends his off time. Eric goes and shares with the audience into detail about his monthly grocery haul and gives detail on what he got that day. They both discuss how much of a workout grocery shopping is when you have to carry them to the third floor. Rachel explains how important her routine is and how having a calendar helps her stay organized and is great for reminders. Rachel shoutouts two key pointers she uses in her everyday life to help her accumulate extra income.

As stated due to personal reasons, this episode is cut short on purpose. On this episode, you will hear Eric and Rachel discuss workplace bullying and share their opinion regarding the topic. They both share that, they are both advocates against workplace bullying/harassment. It is also addressed that they both stay professional at a workplace setting. They both agree people of power can project their anger unto their peers when it is unnecessary and uncalled for. On this podcast, it is clearly stated, the two host want to make their platform the most safe place possible, especially when guest speakers are on sharing. Rachel gets into detail about woman empowerment and how she feels about woman of authority. Eric and Rachel share to each other their favorite movies and genres. They move on to continuing laughter with another, while Eric shares he is a film lover and goes into detail regarding his favorite directors. Rachel shares her most recent movie premiere experience. They share what they are currently watching on Netflix/TV in their free time. The two finish with discussing places they’ve visited, in and out of the country as well as where they want to see. Concluding with making it clear Eric and Rachel will have a guest speaker on within the next couple weeks!
