She didn't. She got about two million less. However, the point I was trying to make was that Donald Trump keeps saying he has this mandate. He doesn't. The fact is, the majority of the country voted for someone else. And that was the point I was trying to make. So, I'm sorry if I caused any confusion. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is the principal U.S. agency to extend assistance to countries recovering from disaster, trying to escape poverty, and engaging in democratic reforms. Joining the Revolution this week is Kristina Drye, who was the speechwriter for Samantha Power, Administrator of USAID. Kristina goes into great detail as to why USAID matters, what the program did, and how our national security will be severely impacted by the shuttering of the agency.
