Why it all starts with culture
When a company is truly intentional about living its values, colleagues want to join, stay, and to do their best work. It creates a culture that can be felt from the moment a person walks into the building and it forms a part of every interaction they have throughout the day. It also gives colleagues a sense of fulfilment that makes the job far more than a paycheque. In this episode of Real Talk – Voice of Colleagues we meet two colleagues that are very new to Vhi and hear about their experience of the company’s culture, values and people so far.
