Chapter 9: The Long Way Down

Death does not linger—but consequences do. In the aftermath of fire and sacrifice, the forest itself intervenes, restoring what was lost while exposing a darker truth beneath Tampanis’s survival. Bonds are tested as life is returned, debts are named, and the party is forced to confront the cost of power they never meant to wield. With prisoners freed, the path forward leads downward—into abandoned mines, thin veils, and memories that refuse to stay buried. As absurd bravery and reckless ingenuity carry them deeper beneath the mountain, it becomes clear that they are no longer wandering into danger by chance. Something below is watching. And it has been waiting.https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748Music by Ivan Duch

    Chapter 8: Truth and Tragedy

Chapter 8 pulls the party out of Daggerford under the shadow of their “conditional freedom,” with the Super Captain’s unsettling presence still crawling under their skin. A quick prank on a sleeping Tampanis turns laughter into a thin mask for dread—especially when Isa receives a secret summons and finds herself alone at Rutabaga’s table, forced to swallow both his meal and his intentions. The next morning the hunt begins in earnest as the party follows the river road toward Stillwater and the abandoned mines, only for the wilderness to answer first: a chained cart, captive travelers, and an orc called Gobrippa wielding far more than brute strength. What starts as a rescue becomes a brutal, chaotic fight against a shimmering shield and enslaved owlbears, ending in fire, sacrifice, and silence—until the forest itself arrives, antlers crowned in blossoms, to demand a price for the life the party just lost. For more information or to book a session with the DM, look at our Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748Music by Ivan Duch

    Chapter 7: Captain My Captain

Chapter 7: Captain My CaptainThe party finds themselves trapped within the walls of Daggerford, hunted by suspicion and bound by the Super Captain’s impossible charisma. As they scramble to clear their names after the tavern explosion, they descend into the unsettling heart of the ducal castle, where Nathanial Rutabaga III—hero, icon, and something far stranger toys their minds and with one of Walter’s delayed-blast orbs. The chilling realization that Rutabaga knew exactly who they were, how to bend them to his will. Bound by his ultimatum to slay the terrorizing manticore or never leave Daggerford alive, the party leaves the castle shaken, suspicious, and haunted by whispers that slithered through Leopold’s mind. He can't help but sense it shouldn't have been so easy. And somewhere beyond the northern gate, Tampanis follows a butterfly deeper into the wilds… and closer to danger than the rest yet know. For more information or to book a session with the DM, look at our Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748Music by Ivan Duch

Chapter 6: The Flight of the Butterfly

In Chapter 6, our band of adventurers follows the hag’scryptic shortcut past a moonlit waterfall—only to find themselves stalked by hidden magics and their own doubts. Leopold’s cold strategy clashes with Zeth’s noble pride. Tampanis’s proclivity for alcohol leads to a hallucinatory vision of his ancestral spirit. Meanwhile, Sylvester’s arrows earn the party ancient boons from a colossal spirit‐stag named Longwinded. As they emerge into Daggerford’s bustling gates, the roadgrows crowded with suspicious Vistani tents and black-robed kobold cultists preaching their draconic god’s return. A brush with fanaticism turns explosive when Eisa’s delayed fireball demo goes wildly off-script, razing part of the Happy Cow Tavern and landing the party under guard until the truth can be unearthed.Equal parts camaraderie and calamity, Chapter 6 sweeps from ethereal visions of butterfly-lit transformation to the clang of city watch steel—setting the stage for darker forces at play and testing the fragile bonds of friendship under magic’s unpredictable glow.Music by Ivan Dutch

Chapter Five finds the Trollskull adventurers battered but triumphant after tearing down the scarecrow abominations that terrorized the farmstead. Their victory leads them back to a twisted cottage, where Rechima—the kindly face of a three-in-one hag—reveals a darker agenda, binding Zae with a lingering curse and demanding they track down the elusive dwarf Ignus to secure her freedom. In exchange, she promises the only cure for Zae’s affliction, steering the party toward a hidden shortcut through the woods. Under moonlight, they discover a serene waterfall camp and steel themselves for the journey into the Misty Forest. Yet behind Rechima’s wavering smile lies a web of sacrifices and ancient rites, hinting that the true battle against a long-dead dragon may only just be beginning. For more information or to book a session with the DM, look at our Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748Music by Ivan Duch

The darkness of the Xanathar Guild’s lair tests their mettle, but they emerge victorious, only to find themselves back in the chaotic hum of the Yawning Portal, battered but alive. With Volo unable to pay the promised gold, he offers instead a crumbling, ghost-haunted ruin: Trollskull Manor. Chapter 2: A Royal Mixup

Our party dives deep into the tangled streets of Waterdeep’s Dock Ward. A bloody street scene hints at growing tension between the Zhentarim and Xanathar Guilds, and a trip to the seedy Skewered Dragon reveals the first threads of a far-reaching conspiracy—and a nobleman in hiding. Mistaken identity leads to the wrong man being kidnapped, and the party is forced into a desperate infiltration of a warehouse crawling with danger, only to be narrowly saved by an enchanted portal and quick thinking. Along the way, they meet the eccentric (and questionably carnivorous) wareshark detective Figgeroa Montezuma III, and face off with a mimic masquerading as a treasure chest. With Floon still missing and the trail leading into the sewers, the adventurers steel themselves for what lies beneath the city…If you would like to know more or book a session with the DM, head over to our Facebook page and explore!https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748

Chapter 1: The Yawning Portal Wakes

In the heart of Waterdeep, inside the infamous Yawning Portal tavern, a group of unlikely strangers find themselves pulled together by fate, ale, and a shared desire for glory. Meet Sylvester the sly tabaxi, Loriska the sharp-eyed tinkerer, Eisa the dreamy gnome druid, Zae the cryptic changeling, and Leopold the ever-scheming warlock as they navigate the bustle of adventurer culture, duels, and unexpected friendships. After a brawl (and a surprisingly effective use of public urination), the group finds themselves face-to-face with a troll, a handful of stirges, and a man with far too much confidence in his mustache—Volothamp Geddarm, or “Volo,” who offers coin and a mission: find his missing friend, Floon. From the tavern’s chaos to the shadowed alleys of the Dock Ward, the party begins their first real journey. Stops include a cannon-happy hippofolk shopkeep with questionable safety practices, a fully purple curiosity shop run by a deep gnome with a smoking habit, and finally... a ruined tavern known as the Skewered Dragon, watched from above by a shape-shifting figure that may or may not be watching for someone else.Mystery is in the air, the trail is growing cold, and the real danger hasn’t even started yet.Music by Ivan DutchFor more information or to book a session with the DM, look at our Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085930968748
