Part 2 of Worship is Worth it, we mostly talk about how Christians often forget that the Gospel of Jesus Christ gives us the freedom of relationship with God, a freedom that orients us toward Him (or not). How can we not but pursue Him if we've been plucked out of the miry clay to stand on the Rock? So why don't we pursue Him in devotional and relational worship through song?

In our podcast, Emily and I discuss how worship through song is vital for deepening faith and connecting with God. We explore how singing shapes our understanding of God’s character, helps us memorize and internalize biblical truths, and unites the church community in shared praise. Through music, we express love and devotion with our whole being, fulfilling God’s command to worship and encouraging one another in faith. We also highlight how songs can uplift, heal, and transform hearts, making worship a powerful, memorable, and communal experience that draws us closer to God.
