With domestic violence awareness month around the corner in October, I decided to share parts of my story of when I was in an abusive marriage. As I was editing this episode, I realized that I shared more of the emotional and mental abuse. As I mentioned in the episode, bruises heal faster than the emotional abuse one is put through.
