    In our very first episode, we talk to Anil Toraty, the winner of the UK's Movember 2023 Going the Distance award. We talk to Anil about his past achievement of running 465 km in 2022 and discuss his mindset and thought process before embarking on an even bigger journey this Movember to raise awareness for men's well-being. Who am I: Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself and say a quick hello to you all and thank you for joining me here. My name's Ken (hi!), I'm both an avid recreational runner and someone who's has used running for several years as a space and activity for the improvement of my own personal well-being. This is also the final major project for my BA of Communications in Media Studies which I hope to continue beyond university.
